The air conditioner is not working and that says a lot.

New appartment, nice design, comfortable beds. Owner was very helpful and gave us all the useful information. The appartment is in the ground floor in the center so in the evening you have to keep the windows closed to avoid the noise from the street.

Quiet area and nice location

The room was too small, there was not enough storage space or something to hang clothes. It looks like it hasn't been renovated for a while...

We were allocated a brand new room and the property was in a good location with easy walking access to the main square. The host was very accommodating given there were water supply problems in the room and nearby hotel that was originally assigned to us.

Unfortunately the private parking under the building has a steep ascent with no removable ramps which would have enabled us to park there.

The staff is amazing! We were picked up from the train station by the hotel chauffeur completely for free. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to us perfectly, recommended best places in the city, made sure we had everything we needed and replied to messages quickly. The room was tidy, although a light switch was a bit crooked and the AC was not working properly, but it didn’t impact our marvellous experience at this place.

Super cute, helpful staff! Clean facilities. The breakfast with fantastic home made pies and home made jams. The stay was very good experience in Scilla

Location.

The sofa, which the children were supposed to sleep on, was broken. When the bed was pulled out, both ends were up.

Room was large with good double aspect windows and 2 balconies so plenty of light. Bed was comfortable and staff where very friendly and helpful Location is very quiet but Scilla on the whole was quiet when we visited, minimal shops in the area and only open as certain times of the day

toilet blocked on the first morning and one of the balcony doors actually fell off but both issues were quickly resolved.

Great accommodation in a lovely part of the world

The location was good for us - it required some walking, but it was not a big deal. You can always take the elevator to avoid stairs if needed. When we arrived, we were nicely greeted by the staff. They explained us everything and gave a map of a city with some recommendations.

The room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. It looked like it was not cleaned before our arrival. The water flow at the shower was really poor and you need to wait few minutes for the warm water. A small fridge in the room would be a nice addition, as well as a table and a second chair on the balcony.

The staff was super nice and helpfull. They helped us arrange a transport to the airport, werer very friendly and always replied within minutes on whatsapp.

The interior of the room is cheap and old. Some of it is partly broken. Overall the room was ok but not very cosy.

Lovely clean, comfortable room in a nice neighbourhood. The hosts are very friendly & helpful (they brought our luggage to the station so we can maximise our stay on the beach).

All the staff were lovely, the room was spacious and very clean and modern.

Cofusion about the location since the reception is in another place/hotel.

the location of the building was good and it was rather near to everything in the town. The quality of the building was good as well. The breakfast was good quality however there wasnt much variety in it.

Well situated near the center and the hotel the B&B belongs to.
