We loved our location and the view from the pool! Francesca was exceptionally friendly and super knowledgeable of the area!! She truly made our trip to Modica so amazing! We will definitely love to come back.

We discussed this at length and couldn’t figure out a single thing. Note that if you want the most beautiful view in all of Sicily, you need to take some stays to get down to the central street (easy 10 minute walk) but wow amazing alleys and easily done. Some reviews mention aircon but to be honest, I think they just didn’t know how to use it properly, it worked flawlessly in both our rooms.

The absolute best place in all of Sicily. Everything is spotless, from the infinity pool, & private pool (we upgraded and stayed 3 extra nights), to the breakfast, amazing staff, interior and exterior. Aircondition working flawlessly, cleaning done exceptionally.

The only issue was that the hotel stated no children policy but there were babies around the pool in the evenings Personally it didn’t bother me but policy’s should be as they are stated

This small elegant but casual hotel was perfect for our 5 day stay in lovely Modica. The views of Modica from our room, the breakfast room, and all areas of the hotel including the swimming pool and decks were spectacular. All staff were very friendly and helpful and contributed to our stay. The breakfast was very good and served in an airy room again with the same wonderful view. We would definitely recommend staying at the Atria overlooking Modica.

The room was a tad small but this is minor and didn’t impact our short stay.

The panoramic view from the pool, the dining room or our room’s balcony was stunning, quiet location, overall the property was very clean, the home made breakfast and the antipasti were tasty and our room had a great bed mattress. Staff were very polite and welcoming and there’s parking just by the property.

Great views from the balcony You can walk into town ( it is difficult on the way back up!). Free street parking outside. Easy to get around the area Staff really great, helped me sort a lovely cake for my partners birthday.

The room was a little warm as the AC was not working well.

The location of this hotel is exceptional with our room overlooking all of Modica. The staff are very kind and the pool has a great view although it is not heated. The breakfast was good. The common areas were exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is complimentary tea and coffee at any time.

The bed was very hard.

Breathtaking views. Location was fantastic as it only takes a few minutes walk to get to the main street. We had a corner room and the views and space was great. The swimming pool was so nice and overlooking the city. Very relaxing and private. Would definitely come back to stay here. Staff were nice. Especially Francesca the receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. She is a great asset to the hotel.

Nothing Can’t understand why it was not full !!

This property amazing! We got there on a special celebration day in modica so it was very noisy with fireworks… till 1am !! But the view is extraordinary! To stay here and at Matera the views were remarkable Can’t believe the value ! I love Sicily and this place was fantastic!

Breakfast, and that I couldn't stay for a few more days

The breakfast could use improvement. The location was great because of the spectacular 🤩view, however, an on-duty shuttle service to get to and return from Corso Umberto would be extremely helpful especially, for the older folks.

What a magnificent view from this hotel!! The whole panorama of Modica before you - breathtaking both during the day and at night. Super helpful staff. I had booked a standard room but, on arrival, we were given the choice of our chosen room or an upgrade to a superior one at no extra cost. Naturally, we chose the upgrade and enjoyed a much larger room with sofa and chairs. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from our balcony incredible and, from the hotel's dining room, an even better one, with its expanse of floor to ceiling windows. We were there in April so didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting and well laid out. Reception staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions and also booked a taxi for us to go to Scicli on one of the days. To get into Modica, we chose to walk down - and back again! A LOT of steps but it didn't take long at all. And there's also a very nice restaurant just a short walk from the hotel, along the same road (with the same stunning view). Only slight negative at the hotel, for me, was the aircon; we were there in early April and they don't switch on the cooling function until later in the month. With the minibar right next to the bed putting out some heat, I did find it pretty warm during the night and had to open the balcony door. Bonus of that was hearing owls calling to each other across the town! We would definitely recommend staying here for a truly memorable time.
