The location was amazing. Right in the centre of Rome. An easy walk to all of the beautiful sights.

Some small issues with maintenance

The location is great

The rooms are made to have a special design with little attention for comfort. My room had a wooden structure above the bed like a tent and the shower area that was designed to look like a spa but it was most inconvenient to use. The place is equipped minimally, no shelves or cupboards, nowhere to unpack your suitcases ( except for a short hanging rail) no side light by the bed, no armchair, no sofa but two most uncomfortable small chairs. The place badly needs repainting.

The property was in a great location to access all key spots. Very easy to fine and easy online check in. The host was fantastic always messaged straight away if we had any questions. Would highly recommend.

Unique room style. Great location, walking distance to many places of interest. Central to many buses.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Pantheon and Vittorio Emmanuele monument. It is also well connected via public transport. Lots of dining options available close by. Access was no problem even though we reached the hotel outside reception hours. The room was quite spacious and the shower was an interesting touch. Blackout blinds were available on the window.

The shower / hot water could be flakey, particularly in the evening.

I loved the bed and pillows.i had a good night sleep. The little things in the room were so thoughtful. The extra things like waters, ear plugs ,and toothpaste with toothbrush. Two sets of sluppers.Nice touches.little muffins. So thoughtful! The shower door (glass) is cracked, kind of dangerous. But.. the shower was very cool! Missing a facialtissue box and draws For clothes. Still very clean place, and enjoyable surroundings. Close you almost everything to see in Rome!

If you want to stay in a central location in Rome, this is the only place you should choose. The location is beyond perfect. The drinks and espresso placed in the minibar every day were excellent. Apart from the fact that it was the first room by the entrance, it was a very nice room. The only downside was the metal frame surrounding the bed.

Excellent location. Very comfy mattress. The shower was very spacious.

A few small details (not really relevant). Not all the jets in the shower were working. The room theme can be a bit confusing but that's part of the game. Lastly, of the shower is spacious, the actual bathroom is very small. I don't see any point in advertising it as a "tech" hotel as there is just a remote controlling the light. That's it. The value is okay.

The hotel's location is within walking distance of the city center. The staff at the property are friendly and helpful. After check-out, you can leave your suitcase to pick up the evening at the reception. I would definitely recommend it.

The bathroom comes 5 minutes after hot water is opened. Don't worry about no hot water coming, just make yourself a coffee after turning on the water :)

Fantastic location, the rooms are sound-proof which is a must in Rome, the rooms are all eclectic in the decoration and staff was very nice. You get outdoors space for smooking if you need. I will stay again with them

Cleaning of the room could be better. The shower seemed a bit dirty.
