The bathroom was clean and pretty but the bath door did not cover the bath area completely so the water used to come out. Also we had to carry 20+ kg suitcases on the stairs to the 3rd floor because there were no lifts! These are minor cons and i would still really recommend the beautiful stay!

I really liked the old time charm that the room had and the building had. The automated check in was amazing and super smooth, the management replied to all our queries at a satisfying rate and the stay was super close to the metro station making accessibility to the colloseum, trevis fountain and piazza di spagna super convenient! Really good location.

The room was quite small. The building does not have an elevator and the apartment is at the 3rd floor.

The location is great, very close to the metro station and close to restaurants/bistros where we had breakfast. The owner was very helpful, he provided recommendations and was available to answer all the questions we had.

The apartment and the bathroom are large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a window. The view from the room is beautiful, and the kitchen is always clean and serves all the apartments. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but you have to go up the stairs. It is close to the Manzoni station that takes you all over the city.

Checking in and throughout the visit was a pain. The key did not work therefore had to use virtual key which was not always possible becuase of a lack of phone charge and poor connection.

The check in is possible only on-line and you don´t get this information before you pay for the room - in the end it wasn´t the problem, but I have to fill out private data like my ID number on the internet page, which I didn´t know if it´s safe. There was cold it the room (and the blanket was thin) - the heating didn´t work - the staff promised me to swich it on, but it wasn´t warm before morning.

The property is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, which wasn't an issue at all for me, but might be more problematic for guests with limited mobility.

I stayed at this property for a short weekend and it was a perfect stay! The location was excellent, not far from Roma Termini train station (well connected to both Ciampino and Fiumicino Airport) and only probably 15-20 minute walk from the Colosseum. Despite being so central, the property is set in a quite area and we had a good night sleep. I travelled alone with my child and we had all the comfort we needed. The room includes a lovely bathroom with a shower; on the property there's also a kitchenette for guest use. The property manager was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and provided us with additional information on the area and suggestions on point of interests and restaurants! I'd definetely reccommend this property!

This room fully met my expectations, booking a price/performance !

The room is exactly the same as you see in the photos. This was a room on the third floor with an outside sink. The location was close to the city center on foot, also very close to the metro center of manzoni. I had a roma pass card so I used the metro for free and this made my trip much easier when I was on foot. The place is very quiet and cozy for just one person for a short time.

You hear through the walls quite a bit ; however, the guesthouse does state in their rules that you must be quiet in the evening/night hours, as there are families living in the building, and this was respected by the people who were staying at the same time as me, so I slept really well (do bring earplugs though).

The communicatiom with the staff was great, they answered all my questions and assisted me in the self check-in. The guesthouse is very well situated. I had a small room with a comfortable twin bed and small window, which was enough for me. To access the bathroom I had to walk through the hallway (this was a private bathroom with shower that only I had the key to access). It was clean and convenient. The guesthouse is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator (wasn't a problem for me).

Bathroom smelled and shower curtains would help to spread less water during showering. You can hear the neighbors, don't forget you ear plugs!

The location of accommodation is close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Communication with the host worked well. After all, a good place for short trip sightseeing trip to Rome. The common kitchen area was clean.

The rule sheet said housekeeping would come around daily, but did not come once during our 3 day stay. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Everything as described! Staff was really engaged, helpful and fast in replying, 10/10 for that! Everything was clean and nice, the bathroom was great too, only thing the matress is kinda wonky and not that great to sleep in but everything else amazing. Neighbourhood is also very nice compared to some other rooms in Rome.. Nice park nearby and also great moca coffee place a few min away (on foot)! Only 20min walk to Rome Termini.. They also give you discount at nearby restaurant, we didn't use it but it's nice that it's an option! The price is also awesome compared to other options around, no need for a classic hostel when you have this place for only few euros more! All in all we're very satisfied and thank you for everything :)

There was sometimes an issue with the hot water in the bathroom

The location was very nice... Close to the Metro station and 2 stations from the Roma terminal... There are some shops near the apartment for quick food as well Rooms were overall neat and tidy Host was very polite and helpful ⭐
