We visited II Vicolo B&B in September and we loved how clean, greatly located and classy decorated the place was. It was spotless. Throughout our 5 day stay we even got our room cleaned without our request.

We liked everything about Il Vicolo! What an incredible stay! 1. The host greeted us in front to take us to our room. After a flight of stairs inside a very nice and well kept building, we were in front of our room. The host was very kind and very prompt in responding to all of our requests. Nettuno even had a water shortage, but we were provided with cannisters of fresh water. 2. The location of the room is no more than 2 minutes away from the beach and the lovely Vittoria restaurant/beach bar. 3. The room is much larger than it appears on the photos. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed and we had room to move around and relax during the day. We had a fridge, air conditioning, small safe, hairdryer, room slippers and basic toiletries. 4. The shower is spacious and beautiful with marble and a brass finish. The bathroom is large and has a bide. Everything is very clean. 5. A minute walk away from the place is the café that serves breakfast. Also a very nice place with very kind staff. The breakfast is some sort of sweet pastry - doughnut, cornetto with different kinds of cream, or some other cake depending on availability plus coffee. 6. Many good restaurants are super close - one of those being La Taverna di Bacco; a must eat if you visit Nettuno. I have only praise for Nettuno, Il Vicolo and the hosts. They made our stay one to remember.

Maybe that the room is a tiny bit dark? Honestly, nitpicking. The room is incredible! If I was fantasizing, I wish it had a kitchen, so I could prepare the beautiful fresh fish and seafood that is right across the building.

The location. Kindness and prompt answers from the owner

Too noisy location Italian breakfast not the best (everyone a croissant and a hot drink) Cleaning once a week and some parts were not done

    Location was terrific.

They don't have a check-in desk. We arrived early and it was a bit tricky to converse with them, but they were very accommodating.

    Room appointments and cleanliness

Shower in the bedroom was a little different to get used to. Room was also a little dark but of excellent quality.

We liked everything. The place was modern and clean. The room also had everything you need. The breakfast is taking place in a small Coffeeshop next door which is really nice to sit in. The owner and staff are also very friendly and helpful

The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, we liked the lighting. We had everything we need in the room. Good location, only a few minutes walk from the train station, beach and many restaurants. The owner was kind and helpful. Breakfast was typical Italian: cornetto and coffee.

Reservation of this brand new and very modern apartment for us was like winning in the lottery. We didn't know what to expect, because there was just 2 short rewievs from locals. Nottuno not in the high season is definitely a better choice than Anzio, and this apartment is in perfect location to reach all interesting places, even in the nighttime. About the room - every aspect 10 out of 10, we spend just 2 days, but wished/ could live there for a weeks.

Just the note for english speakers : the owner is just starting to learn English, so all the information was given and question answered with a help of her son, or Google Translate. It is better to communicate by messages.

    Property response:

Thank you, we will do our best!!! :)
