We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomVery much at the B&B end of hotel. Breakfast was pleasant enough, continental and limited. Shower had plenty of hot water but the shower head needed maintenance. Layout was a bit strange, e.g. bathroom window onto the hallway. Nearest car park is 200m - pay with an app called myCicero. About €5 a night. All rooms have street view, i.e. none is high up enough to see the sea, ditto from the rooftop balcony.
Just outside but handy for the centre of the old city - very walkable. Comfortable bed, with a separate little kitchen which you could eat in, and a nice bathroom, all modern facilities. It has a lift for luggage. Friendly ladies served us cappuccino in the morning with breakfast. They let us do our laundry which was very kind.

clean, welcoming, super friendly and helpful staff very quiet area yet in great location for tourist sites and touring around. large room ( we were in Syrah) and good air conditioning, kitchenette was useful but there were excellent restaurants next door (Taverna Quarant8-closed Tuesday) and the Osteria Il Gallo e L'innamorata nearby- reservations needed for both . Paid parking nearby and was fairly easy to find a space. recommend walking around town for the evening passeggiare- a must is a visit to the salt pans at Marsala for sunset- it about 10mins north of Marsala on the coast and gets very busy as everyone wants to sit at the bar tables so get there about 2 hours before sunset, do a lagoon tour then get a good table outside to have cocktails as you watch the sunset - visit the Florio winery for a marsala wine tasting tour.
