We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the external noise during your stay. Unfortunately, these were exceptional circumstances beyond our control: on one hand, temporary construction work across the street, and on the other, celebrations related to a local sporting event that was particularly meaningful to the city. Thankfully, these situations do not occur on a daily basis. Dear Nilgun, we are sorry for the noise but it lasted only 1 morning for extraordinary maintenance work in the Apartment above and that were certainly not wanted or caused by our will. However, we find your review too harsh since we were present for your entire stay apologizing for the inconvenience and giving you all the advice on the city. But unfortunately as it happened to you to happen on a day with an inconvenience also to us it rarely happens perhaps in 0.01% to have guests who are not very correct like you and fortunately the vast majority of our customers, as per review, appreciate both our structure! greetings

Dear Nada, I think everything is difficult for you since at 1 am you contacted our staff to ask how to turn off the light! The light in our rooms works exactly like in all homes and accommodation facilities in the world! There is a very simple switch that turns it on and off. Imagine if you could open a very simple box where the keys were kept by lowering a simple lever! Our guests have always found everything very simple. Thank you
