We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Tuscan home! The house is full of authentic charm, very comfortable, and surrounded by wonderful nature and flowers. The location is absolutely brilliant—right in the middle of the triangle between Florence, Siena, and Pisa. We explored San Gimignano, Lucca, and several other towns, and everything was less than an hour’s drive away. The terrace was perfect for morning coffee, and the pool was a great way to cool off after day trips. Thank you for hosting us—we’d love to come back and experience it all again!

All was good

If you would like to spend a romantic and quiet holiday with a beautiful view of Tuscany, it's a great place to do it. We enjoyed our stay here so much.

The property is in a beautiful location. The host waited for us and give the keys and all details.

The house needs improvements. Bathrooms are old and need replacements. There were lots of insects inside the house; there is a lot of vegetation outside, but there are ways to keep insects outside.

The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! Exceptionally comfortable and spacious, it was perfect for our group of 12. Dino and Massimo were wonderful hosts—very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We truly appreciate their hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!

The place is very beautiful and located in very beautiful surroundings. The owner is very nice and helpful. The garden is very nice!

The equipment's are a bit old and used and should partly be replaced. And the bathroom certainly needs maintenance (maybe it is only a case for the house we rented)! It can't be well cleaned anymore!

Nice location, beautiful buildings and surroundings! Nice owner and stuff who are there whenever you need them.

Shower room is a bit small

It was beautiful and quiet. Lovely views and trees. The staff - Dinos, Marrisimo and Suzie were all welcoming and helpful

Nothing much - it was well looked after

Beautiful surroundings, well-kept and charming garden, swimming pool adapted for families with children. A wonderful host Dino, who after our request installed a special safety gate for our son. Seamless contact with the host at any time of the day. Possibility of additional purchase of wine or olive oil.

The only downside was the nearest store a few kilometers away, but we knew that. Of course, the interiors are not modern, but you can feel the atmosphere of old Tuscany, a bit like in a small palace:)

Weak mobile network coverage and problems with Wifi

Beautiful location, old farm buildings restored with respect and the place looks Italian. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. Dino, who checked us in and help with any questions we might have, was really friendly and helpful.

Very nice location in the nature close to the place of Montione. Old houses in the good condition with enough space and swimming pool.

The place is beautiful, in traditional Tuscan style. The complex is on a hill above the village. Peaceful and romantic and cozy location. An exceptional location with quick and easy access to all the attractions in Tuscany - Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimiano and many more. We were accommodated in a private house and nothing was missing in it. There was a fully equipped kitchen and dishes. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The hosts were kind and attentive to us, even though the complex was full for the Easter holidays. There is secure parking on site and great restaurants nearby. We had a great time and recommend to everyone. We will definitely be back again.

The place is fantastic. Rooms are large and very nice in their local tuscan style. House is beautiful, terrace is large and has a barbeque. The pool is clean and large. Landscape is stunning! Man in charge is very friendly and helpful. When you arrive you get every information you need for staying (nearest store, restaurant...). Location is great for visiting nearby places (Volterra, San Giminiano, Piaggio museum, Pisa...)

the property has good grounds to explore. there is a pool and sun loungers, ping pong table and each cottage has an outdoor eating area, bbq so good for families or when travelling with others. cottages were well equipped with everything you need. staff were very friendly and helpful.
