How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The lack of rubbish bins.
The location was excellent, we couldn’t hear a thing from the streets. It was comfortable and beautiful.

Nothing really. Maybe a bigger bin :D
The view, the jacuzzi and the personnel are really great at this stay. They where very helpful and friendly and the room is so nice.

Good location close to the center of town, kind hosts and comfortable room. We met the hosts while cleaning the room, they were very polite

Lovely place and close to the bus station for the airport, by foot its 10 min away. The bed is big and very comfy because I love when there are 4 pillows available😂

Clean, accesible, rather small but if you are planning to be outside in the city all day and come here only to have a sleep and shower, then good choice. A bit far (10min walk) from city. For somebody who hate walking up the hill I would not recommend but it did not bother us. Overall good value for the money.

Near city center, walking distance to marina. Good restaurants are around. Free parking spaces available nearby. It was clean and well maintained - all you need for a short and longer stay.

Room very nice and modern and bed very comfortable. Beautiful views . Area quiet dark at night . Towels were tiny like a hand towel and face towel not suitable for bath or shower .

One croissant, a juice and a cup of coffee cannot be considered as breakfast. Spent more than 1hour to find a park lot Toilet papers provided had been used before

Suite located near old city center. Breakfast located on cafeteria (400m away) - coffee, something sweet, toast or spinata + water. Free parking possibile on few streets nearby. Host is very nice. I Triamonti was answearing quickly.

We had a small problem with the breakfasts which were in the form of a voucher to the Marco Polo cafe, because we were told that we could only choose some of the products, croissant and toast because the voucher did not include a roll or other products. Also I don’t know why but We felt unwelcome there, the waitresses looked at us crookedly and did not want to serve us and on the 3rd day we were told that we could no longer take a spinata because it no longer covered our range, that’s why I dont recommend taking breakfast :(
Room was new and renovated, there was everything you need. I felt comfortable there, even though the balcony was small. Contact with Federica was good, she answered my every question but It could be better if information about accommodation and the breakfast was provided earlier and I wouldn’t have had to ask. The location was good, near the bus stop and the center.

Room was very clean, bed was hard but most European hotel bed are. Room 3, Our balcony was small and overlooked internal view of other apartments so not a great view, looking at photos from property owner! Other niggles - you are provided with a small bar of soap and a couple of sachets of hair/body wash we were there for 4 days so only did us for one day and had to go out and buy more shampoo,conditioner and shower gel. Towels - we were offered the day before departing room service, fresh towels would have been nice two days into the stay. All in all location was good only a 10 min walk to the beach and the cost for four nights was also good. Would I stay here again ? If the small amendments were made.

Very noisy and could not sleep due to the very noisy people upstairs. You could hear every footstep. They dragged chairs on the floor which was very loud. They never seemed to sleep. It went almost all the first night and a lot of the second as well until i had to go upstairs and complain. Also the wifi did not work at all during our stay. We had to use our own data the entire stay. The host offered no solution or apology or compensation at all.
