Unfortunately, despite the reservation of two rooms, it was impossible to leave the car in the hotel parking lot. The staff suggested placing the car in the parking lot about 500 meters from the hotel. As for breakfast, it would be reasonable to post a photo of the dishes, since the name does not always indicate what is meant. Vacation by the sea: paid service, despite the level of the 5 * hotel

The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Our suite with a sea view was spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was a la carte - everything was very fresh and for every taste and request. The pool is not big, but considering the limited area of hotels in this region, it is quite comfortable, many opportunities for underwater massage.

Spotlessly Clean. Upgraded my room to another suite in a higher floor which was well worth the extra money . Staff are excellent and genuine , breakfast choice plentiful and fresh . Spa is superb with amazing views over the beach .

A very modern hotel right by the seaside. Our room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay. Breakfast is chosen from a menu, with a wide variety of delicious options — everything we tried was excellent. Service was fast and efficient; we never had to wait long. As soon as you step outside the hotel, you're right in the middle of everything — supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and bazaars are all just a few steps away. Because of this vibrant location, the surroundings can be a bit noisy, and music from nearby venues can be heard in the room during the evening. So, for those seeking complete peace and quiet, it might not be the ideal choice. Nonetheless, it's a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action and enjoy modern comfort. We really enjoyed our stay!

There is nothing you can fault. You can try but it would be difficult to find something.

It’s just a fantastic relaxing atmosphere. Welcome drinks on arrival. Beautiful rooms on every level and fantastic friendly staff. The food is excellent, especially breakfast and floating aperitivo’s on the hot pool. After that the relaxing spa on the roof top overlooking the sea.

SPA was not included and this is not understandable when you book a suite. We struggled with the tv in the room, we had a nice one on the top but was not working at all (we didn't ask the reception to fix it anyway).

Breakfast was excellent and also the pool with warm water very useful during cold days. Bar and restaurant offer top quality cocktails and food, people working there are very skilled around the products they offer and good to suggest you for any specific need

I hotel ( I assume means internet) wifi and sky tv should work when you arrive. Remote control battery level down. Swimming pool area was dirty. Reception staff needs some more training how to use card payments. I could not use my card for final payment. It works in hotels before and after visiting I hotel?

Junior suite room on upper floor was good and clean . The city view is ok aswell. Excellent breakfast. Sky tv channels. Parking downstairs. Metro mare to old town is near. Lovely "empty" beach in sunshine.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We love live music so would maybe be nice to have some more on throughout the week not just weekends but there were others bars/restaurants around with music.

We travelled around Italy for our honeymoon and then chose to stay here for a week to relax and it was the perfect hotel for that. We got a room upgrade which was lovely. The pool was great and the spa on the top floor was amazing with great views of the beach and Rimini. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice. There was also live music at the hotel on the weekend. Great location, about half hour walk from the train station. They had bikes available to use which was a great way to see the local town. Would definitely stop here again.

The toilet is horrible to use. It looks great but it’s extremely uncomfortable 😂😂😂🫣. A few things were broken in the room (they reacted quickly and fixed them); nevertheless this should never be the case for a 5star hotel. Based on the extras that were provided, size of the room, price and things that were broken I would not rate this as a 5star, I would rate as a 4 star. Compared to other 5star hotels, this one falls well well behind.
