Nice, spacious room. Wonderful pool and only about a 20 min walk to the city center. The walk is quite nice as it es essentially still part of the town with shops and restaurants.

A perfect base for Florence. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was great except the breakfast. Kinda blah but save appetite for real food in town. Great staff. Nice pool.

For the price, really can't complain. The rooms and the hotel itself feel a bit dated, but I've paid much more for hotels that look way worse! Don't get me wrong: it's good and clean, but don't expect USB-C charging by the bedside, a rain shower or a 42" TV with Netflix or anything.

Extremely competitive rate (130 euro for 2 pax, including breakfast) when we had to change last-minute as our original recommendation let us down. Beautiful villa in green surroundings. Typical Italian decor: grandeur, but a little run down. Love it! Extremely friendly staff and plenty to choose from at breakfast, where you can look out to the small pool. The location is good - a bit further from downtown than some, but in a very nice leafy area more or less across the street from the Boboli gardens. Since Firenze is best done on foot, your walk just gets a little longer. Still only 15 min from the Ponte Vecchio.

The shower screen and taps had just been refurbished and when having a shower it leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Location was great. The morning chorus from the park was wonderful. It was early in the season so the staff were a little caught out with how busy the hotel was, but they managed well and were attentive.

Very nice neighborhood, close to old town Florence, 25min walking. Outside of ZTL. The staff was nice enough to let us leave our car parked so we could visit some attractions.

The room was small and needed maintenance. There was mold in the shower and on the bathroom ceiling. Dry rott on bathroom door and baseboard. There was a leak in the shower somewhere and water flowed freely on the bathroom floor

Breakfast was lovely and delicious. Set up of the buffet was a bit awkward as the flow didn’t work well. Staff was kind and helpful.

It was quiet. There was a beautiful patio outside our room. Location was great. Easy to get a taxi into town. It did rain in the morning and in that case, getting a taxi was more difficult.

We loved staying in a residential area. We walked to the most incredible restaurant for dinner. The room was so comfortable. It’s my husband’s aunt’s favorite place to stay.

Unfortunately the bed’s mattress was hard and the pillows weren’t great.

The location and quality of the villa is great, just a short 15-20min walk to the centre but just far enough away for a quiet rest. Beautiful and clean with very helpful staff, great stay.

I stayed in the main house and felt it had an authentic charm about it, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty of choice. The pool was cool but very nice after a hot day sightseeing. The walk into the heart of town was pleasant 15 to 20 mins, and the villa was located in a beautiful tree lined street.
