    La deferencia del dueño y preocupación por los detalles y que todo funcionara bien. El detalle es lo que se agradece, todo bien, nos gustó mucho y volveríamos encantados

    Excelente el anfitrión, nos dió indicaciones para ir a la playa. Hay una heladera, cafetera. Y agua. Cerveza de bienvenida. Para el desayuno nos dieron un cupón que se presenta en la cafetería de la vuelta. Súper recomendable.

    La limpieza cuando llegamos y el trato del anfitrión

    El desayuno muy pobre ,un café y un croissant,en un bar que tienes que ir andando 5 minutos o en coche . Estuvimos dos días, el segundo día, no vinieron a limpiar, ni cambiaron toallas,

    Good evening, thank you for your nice review. I also thank you for choosing "Hibiscus”. I was happy to have you as my guests. However, I have the impression that you are not entirely clear about the difference between the different types of accommodations. "Hibiscus" is a guest house, not a hotel. Consequently, for this type of facility, the regional authority in charge requires weekly cleaning and, of course, at each guest change. Instead we carry out the cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen and towels every 3 days. Since your stay lasted only 2 days these services were not performed. Perhaps you should have paid more attention at the time of booking. Again breakfast at Hibiscus begins as soon as the guest wakes up, being able to prepare a creamy espresso first, accompanying it with cookies and croissants made by leading national and international companies. Also at the guest's disposal are: refrigerator with beverages provided free of charge, a microwave oven and even an American coffee machine, which also makes tea. In addition, in order not to deprive the guest of the opportunity of freshly baked goods, breakfast is offered in the most prestigious cafeteria in the area, operating as early as 5:30am. This does not seem to me to be an insignificant service and worth taking advantage of. Breakfast includes a cappuccino (not coffee!) and a croissant. Moreover, in case of diets and special needs, we are very open to offering a different menu. On the first day you went to the cafeteria and made requests for a total of EUR12 more than what was offered. The cafeteria staff advised you that, exceptionally, this extra cost would be paid "one-time" by my facility. But on the second day you went to the cafeteria and made requests this time for EUR15 approximately. As mentioned above, perhaps you thought you were staying in a hotel with a breakfast buffet! But a hotel with these features would have cost you at least twice as much. Also in a hotel the coffee pads, which were provided to you would have been an extra cost and the bottles of water would have cost you at least EUR5 each! To end the staggering increases in costs, energy and otherwise, is putting a strain on facilities like mine and, believe me, we are doing our best to keep our rates at a competitive level. However, some of your comments lead me to believe that you are part of the hotel-type clientele. But perhaps for that, as I said, you should be willing to spend at least twice as much.

    El anfitrión y lo limpio que estaba cuando llegamos.
