Location was a bit far from city center but they do have a bus line that picks and drops you just in front of the guest house. Metro was 10 mins aways so its also fine to walk a bit. Other than than our stay was perfect.

We arrived a bit late than expected but staff were very accomodating and gave us easy and complete instruction on how to access the location and everything we need. Its also the only Hotel/ guest house out of the 10 I booked for our europe tour who offered us water readily available just outside our room where you can just take anytime you need one. There's an iron readily availble as well. They also have a daily house keeping, breakfast is free as well they will give you a little food stub to present to the cafe just across the street so you could get a pastry and a coffee. Also, Martha was the best, she made an arrangement for our early flight. She made our stay a lot easier and enjoyable.

Position excellent, close to the Metro and bus stops in front of the apartment. Marta very attentive and helpful. Easy entrance with codes. Restaurants, bars and other services close by. We were able to park our car inside the garage.

Marta was very nice, she welcomed us and gave us all instructions needed. The place is very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, 3 bus stations 1 minute walk from the apartment, one of them just in front of the building. We had bottles of water and toiletries at discretion at the reception, everything for free.

The partition between rooms could be slightly more thicker . But no issues for us since we were on multiple rooms.

Easy reach and safe . Good amenities and space . The most important thing was the host(Marta) kept checking on very regularly and communicated very clearly. She was responding to queries immediately before and during the stay. This made all the difference as we were first time in the city. Highly recommend.

It can be noisy but it's not hotel fault. It is close to the road, but good pair of earplugs will fix that. Still worth staying here. Wonderful stuff and location!

The place was really clean and located close to metro station. The host sent me all the information via Whatsapp, and even during my stay, the host messaged me with nice tips for restaurants and tips for easy metro routes.

Marta was a FABULOUS host. She had helped us a lot, from every detail regarding the self check in to clear instructions to get around town until the last day, she was instrumental in resolving everything. The noise canceling is poor, you can hear all your neighbors all the time.

The room was located very good. A metro ride to every place you need. You can reach by foot some very nice places to eat in them. The host was very helpful, contacted us beforehand and helped with the accommodation to the property, gave very useful advices for our stay. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast place near the apartment was very nice.

Very good place to stay! The owner was in contact all the time, gave all needed information about the room, city and other… the room was very clean, bed, towels was like new, they gave new toothbrushes, shower gels, soup, slippers, water for free… city center was very easy to make, you just need to walk 5 minutes to termini and from there in 15 minutes you are in front of colosseum. Rome was magical and the place just made it more easyer to feel it. Thank you, Martha!

It was very clean and modern. Self check-in was also a breeze and our room was fixed daily by the Staff. Our towels and sheets were also changed without us asking for it which i find really good for a 5 day stay. Marta was very approachable, nice and friendly and even gave suggestions and info about Rome. Commute was also easy as there is a Bus Stop in front of the guest house and a Metro station 10mins away by foot. Would definitely book this place if we visit Rome again. 😍

It will be better if there is some wardrobe or chest of drawers for the clothes.

We many thanks to Marta, which organize for us the transfer from the airport. Also she help us with the other directions to the underground, train station and good restaurants near the hotel. The price didn't included breakfast, but as a compliment from the hotel we have breakfast every day (coffee/cappuccino with croissant) in the bar opposite the hotel. In front of the hotel there is the bus stop with which is very easy to travel to the center of the town. The underground is about 5 min from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and Cousy. If we come back in Rome, we will be your guest again with sure. Thanks for all Marta and Giuseppe :)
