The terrace was the perfect spot of the entire apartment!! Beautiful, indeed!! Close to the city centre!! The host was very responsive . Definitely, the place where you can come back easily. ;)

Great location and very friendly owner, easy to communicate and provide instructions on check in. Fully equipped kitchen with essentials like salt, pepper, coffee, oil, etc

The room was right next to the road and sound proofing was non existent. Meant waking up every hour or so due to people talking outside or cars driving / hooting - even at 2am! Double glazing would solve it but not sure if that is possible as its a historic building.

AIRCONDITIONING didn’t work very well and the kitchen was outside. There was not a main room to sit down and during the day the heat was unbearable outside on the terrace.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Noto in an excellent location. Great terrace for enjoying morning coffee and relaxing outside after a day of sightseeing! Manu, our host, was wonderful and very helpful! We fell in love with Noto and enjoyed the apartment.

The only complaint was that the mattresses in the upstairs bedroom were not comfortable.

The room didn’t have an outside space were you could sit.

Perfectly located apartment, very close to the main street and tourist attractions. The host is highly responsive and welcoming, and he speaks English very well. The apartment is very comfortable, with a big bed in the main bedroom and a cozy upstairs bedroom that the kid loves. Great sunny terrace where you can eat or relax.

The Internet connection is fine, but could be faster. Public parking spot is not always available in the front of the apartment, but usually, it was available in the range of max 100 meters.

Great location in the midle of historic Noto. Friendly host, who provided us with lots of usefull information about Noto. Beautiful terrace with an outdoor kitchen 🤩

We really liked the city Noto. Accommodation is really right in the city center so we could walk just a few minutes anywhere,

Firstly, our stay started quite disastrously. The toilet didn't flush, the shower had mouldy sealing, the umbrella was broken and the water under the kitchen sink was leaking. I'm gonna assume that the owner didn't know that and we've just had terrible luck. I contacted the owner (manager) and he came the next day to fix everything. I appreciate that. Second, the photos make it look better than it really is. All equipment is already quite old and worn out. The only seating (and kitchen) is on the terrace so we have had problems with the heat (the umbrella is really not enough) and therefore we could not sit somewhere inside. Third, the parking isn't guaranteed. There is no reserved parking on the street, you just have to hope that you'll find some free spot (which we didn't always have). Otherwise, you have to drive around and look for parking spots on other streets. All in all, we expected more for the price.
