Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt is a short taxi ride from the centre of the old town but we had no rouble getting taxis even though this was peak season.
This hotel is incredible for those who want facilities like a large pool, gymnasium and garden. There was a heat wave in Rome when my family visited at the end of June and the pool was invaluable. It provided a haven away from the hustle, bustle and heat of the city and was a lovely way to spend the afternoon after morning tours with the family. The breakfast was also superb and it was lovely sitting on the balcony overlooking the garden of the hotel. The beds were also great.

BelgiumThe upgraded rooms are nice, but the walls are thin as hell. You can literally hear your neighbours snore. Too bad they tried to make savings above comfort. The turbines/fans located near the pool, extremely noisy at night, no way to sleep with your windows open. It's like having a diesel engine running all night beneath your balcony.
Pure elegance, great spa, excellent location, friendly staff. Hotel is top 3 Hotel in Rome in my book.

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the shower clean and powerful. The breakfast choice was excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The indoor pool and jacuzzi ( of 5 different types) was really enjoyable.
