Location was great. The pics on booking.com is a bit misleading. The room is quite small and it is not a hotel but a b&b. Breakfast is just croissant and coffee.

Located In a very nice area with many cafes and restaurants. There was a great vibe in the evening. It was a good walk to the main attractions too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bed was soft and sunk in towards the middle. Firmness of a mattress is subjective and our preference is generally for firmer. However this did not deter the overall experience.

Good location in Trasvetere area. Plenty of food options nearby. Easy 10 mins walk to bus stops or tram stops that will take you to tourist attractions. Clean facilities and not too noisy from the bustle of the neighbourhood. Easy check-in procedure and very attentive staff when communicating with them. Overall a good experience.

Really comfortable clean room with a spa bath. Breakfast was bought to the room every day and was lovely. Just juice coffee and a pastry but really good pastries. The bed was memory foam and really comfy. Situated on a quiet street and above a restaurant which was unfortunately closed for holidays. It's was well situated for Trastevere though and transport links. Major draw back was not having coffee making in the room and was a shared facility with plastic cups for drinks, which melted if you put boiling water in. Toilet was loose as well which was a bit disconcerting when sitting down. Overall a good place to stay with friendly owners.

Everything was great!

I stayed at Giò Suited for only one night and definitely would stay again for a few days! The room was perfectly clean and spacious enough, the staff was very friendly and the location right next to to Piazza San Cosimato in lovely Trastevere is simpy superb! I didn‘t have the complimentary breakfast (because I had other plans for breakfast the morning after my stay at Giò Suites) but from what I’ve heard it’s very good, and the young man who checked me in made extra sure to let me know it was complimentary. It was a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!! Make sure to check out the little restaurant (Archetto II) downstairs as well as the „Bar Picchiotto“ at Piazza San Cosimato just around the corner!

Quite a bit of street noise can be heard. So if you want super quiet at night this may bother you, but it was fine for us, and not something our hosts could control.

Our first room did not have a shower and the door handles kept coming off. Nicola was very helpful, but there was no on-site reception desk and no central area.

Nicola is a very friendly, informative host. The location is in the fascinating, very old neighborhood of Trastevere -- it is fun just to spend the day roaming the back streets, having coffee at a sidewalk cafe and eating a delicious outdoor dinner (we recommend Sospiro). Our first room had some problems -- no shower (just a bath/jacuzzi) and the door handles were not secure -- but Nicola moved us to a much better space (with a very roomy shower) when it was vacated after one day. We appreciated his help with this and with getting us a very early morning taxi! Agnetta prepared and brought us breakfast in the room.

The appartment was good, the host is nice and kind, we have the possibility to have coffee or tea, it was really fine. The location is nice (charming Trastevere) and near there are outside theater.

Needs a wee update

Great location for walking to all the tourist areas. Close to supermarket and gelato place, safe area too. Owners wee so helpful and made us feel very comfortable

The facilities are aged, the toilet keeps running and you have to manually push the lever for it to stop. The shower doors barely work and there are excess buttons and display that don’t seem to work. The AC works and TV work fine though!

The location is excellent if you want to see Rome by foot. Being just the heart of Trastevere is perfect as its only a few minute walk and you are on the other side of the Tiber. The owner is nice and the communication is clear.

First time in Italy and I was not disappointed. Very happy to have found Gio Suites and its host Nicola. He was perfect before and during my holidays. In the heart of the famous Trastevere district, it is the ideal place to get lost in the streets and find great bars and restaurants. I recommend the Ivo Trastevere restaurant located right next to Gio Suites. They have the best tiramisu I've ever eaten in my life!!!! Everything is accessible on foot, by tram or bus, it's perfect for visiting the city. The bed is super comfortable and I am demanding! Everything is functional and Nicola was perfect. Breakfast is perfect too Thank you very very much and see you very soon 🇮🇹

Toilet continued to run unless you manually pushed the top lever back up, shower had some excess buttons that didn't seem to be functional, didn't impact use of main shower but may have been confusing to others. However neither caused us issue!

Lovely size room with ample space for luggage and a big window onto the street, great location walkable to main areas of Trastavere. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was simple but functional. We didn't spend much time in the room but were let leave our luggage earlier than check in time which was really helpful!

The curtains are thin and I struggle to sleep with light. However, this was fixed with a sleeping mask and may not impact everyone. The bath had a slight leakage

The bathtub was a bit broken, causing the water to leak, so we spent some time wiping the floors with the towels. However, for this price, near the city center, it is acceptable, I guess. Also, they do not provide slippers.

The location is very convenient, allowing you to reach the city center on foot in no time. Also, while not in perfect condition, a small jacuzzi in the room was a pleasant surprise! A personal fridge was also convenient.
