We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing with lots of options. They even had lactose-free milk, which was perfect for my morning coffee.

The hotel is run by the Musner family, and they gave us the best service we could ask for. This includes guidance for trips in the area and help with any need we raised before them. The place was clean to our full satisfaction. The breakfast is very good. We are very grateful and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

It was delightful.

This boutique hotel is full of character. The dining and lounge areas are a delight and everywhere you look there are curiosities of the Southern Tyrol region that fit so well. The presentation and impeccable cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. Our double room was spacious with a large bathroom. The ski locker was extra tidy. On top of the property being perfect the staff and hosts were very friendly, personable and helpful. All that and free parking = 10/10!

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was just perfect for my hiking holiday and I would really like to come back. The atmosphere created by the hosts and the staff is very welcoming; the hotel is located in a super convenient location with a bus stop, a supermarket and quite a few restaurants all being very close; the interior is beautiful; the room was quiet; breakfast is very rich with lots of choice from fruit, yogurts, eggs, pickled vegetables etc. to pastries and cakes and good coffee. The host provided great recommendations on local restaurants and, most importantly, expert detailed information on hiking routes, so I had a perfect choice of trail for the different kinds of weather every day of my holiday, for which I am extremely grateful!

When our room was cleaned, they rearranged our luggage and belongings. We thoroughly searched our luggage looking for things to later find out they were places in closets and drawers.

Great location. Quirky decor but a nice change from structured, corporate styles. Nice family run business. Enjoyed interacting with the couple at breakfast each morning. They care about their guests. The person that checked us in was very welcoming and shared lots of information on their recommendations for dining and hiking.

A super cozy, family run hotel centrally located in Val Gardena. The owners made us feel so welcome, and to eat breakfast here was like being a guest in somebody's home:) Traditional Alps architecture and very homely decorated. Nice room with a good size balcony overlooking the valley and the town below. We would definitely come back to this place:)

THIS WAS THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL EVER. Genuinely we were quite blown away by how comfortable, clean and well equiped this small hotel was. We felt like every little detail was thought of, e.g. a bowl of lollies for you to grab when you come out of the sauna/skiing, e.g. slippers in the room. The sauna was better than any other hotel’s we’ve ever stayed at - we loved going between the different rooms, relaxing with the essential oils and then having a very comfortable shower. The breakfast buffet was great, we loved the fried eggs to order each morning. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast ladies were SO friendly! Very close location to a Poma lift (2 min walk). The ski room was large and we enjoyed having warm boots in the morning. Thank you so so so much for an amazing experience, we will DEFINITELY be back!

The loveliness of the owners. The cosy winter and christmas decorations in the main breakfast room. It was simply delightfully beautiful. My room which was of a very good size including a large terrace with wonderful views. The quality of the products at breakfast. The whole interior decoration...just perfectly charming.
