Beautiful setting, host was kind, friendly and helpful. Aircon was wonderful with the heat! Very helpful being able to do a load of laundry, with the option of using the dryer for 20 minutes (€2). Wish we could have stayed longer!

There are some "hidden" conditions that are not mentioned in the description when you book. There were no remotes for the AC, because according to the host the day we arrived wasn't hot enough. On our second day she gave us the remotes. We didn't use them at all for our stay there but this doesn't look right to me.

Location is very quiet and with nice views of the Tuscany fields. It's convenient if travel by car, because there are enough parking spots. Also there is nearby public transport to Siena. Close location of bakery and supermarket. Facilities are good enough, they are clean. Maybe need some renovation. If you are looking for good value for your money and you have a car to park, this is the place.

This location was an absolute gem. It was the mid-point of a 15 day trip across multiple locations in Italy. We found it to be absolutely charming and very comfortable. It was a quiet location that we based out of for 3 days as we explored the countryside. Paola was very kind and helpful. I wish I was fluent in Italian or French as I would have loved to talk with her more.

The intro said it was 4.6km from Siena. It was about 11km away. However, the view was great.

Tuscan countryside feeling, location, private parking, the helpful and great hosts, air conditioner, easily accessible roads to near cities, bakery nearby. It is a renovated farmhouse in old school style, don’t prepare for ultramodern apartment.

House in style Tuscan, spacious apartment with a large terrace. Beautiful views all around. In the apartment, there is everything you need. A washing machine is also available. Proprietress friendly, you can communicate in English. Of course, I recommend it.

It was amazingly clean, bright, spacious and well equipped. Great free parking space. Host Paula was most helpful and kind. Laundry room was also great. And amazing views of the rolling hills from the apartment.

The lovely gentleman who lives above the apartment teaches English by video link and can be heard until 10 pm most evenings, he isn't loud but the background noise can be a tad annoying.

Location is excellent for visiting Siena without the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The check-in was easy and the lady who checked us in was lovely. There's ample off-road parking for cars or motorbikes. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a lengthy stay. We found the bed very comfortable, the shower room spacious and airy. Outside is a patio with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. A very short walk from the accommodation is a restaurant/bakery/store which provides anything from breakfast to evening meal, the food is excellent and we can highly recommend it. The number 10 bus runs hourly into Siena, you catch it near the roundabout where the Tabac is situated, payment is touch and tap or purchase a return ticket from the Tabac, we feel it's the best way to access the city.

There are few things to mention but it is not the end of the world: It was a certain smell , I think the previous guest had a dog and the smell still persists. One of the other guests played an instrument every evening until 10 p.m. I would have preferred you listen to the sound of nature instead.

Very nice and quiet location just outside Siena. The views are beautiful. The size of the apartment was generous for a family of four and the second bathroom was well appreciated. At a walking distance you can find a pasticeria where you can have a quick lunch or dinner not to mention the cappuccino in the morning . Overall it was a perfect point to move around Toscana.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived! After we left, we turned on the air conditioner and the apartment only warmed up at night. The heating system can be activated 1-2 hours before the customers arrive. Apart from that, the only negative thing I saw was that the towels were not clean :(

Coming from North America, one of the things we are used to is a facecloth in the bathroom. The host when asked for one came back with something that measured 12" x 18". NOT a facecloth. Petty I know, but try using and soaping one of those up in the tiny little cubicles they call showers.

No Breakfast was included, however the host was kind enough to allow us to check in early as Google Maps stopped working. We did not arrive until the morning after our arrival time.

The owner is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Gave me hints where to do shopping, to eat and also hints where to park the car when going to Siena. The property is nice and quiet, all that I needed.
