There is something wrong with lifeguard in the swimming pool… He should definitely not work in the swimming pool . I don’t want to even try to diagnose his problems , because I don’t want to be rude , but this is definitely not a place for him .

Amazing quality for this price ! We were surprised how many different things were included in the price- for example snacks in the afternoon - pastries, pizzas, sandwiches , cookies , etc. Albo the dinner was as absolutely amazing ! We especially loved the buffet. We really appreciate child -friendly attitude ! Thank you very much to the waiter who looks like Carlo Ancelotti - he was great ! The crew in Zeus Land was great ! My kids loved the place and everyone who worked there.

I really can't think of anything we didn't like. It may be good to request a room further away from the elevator. We had a hired car, which was the perfect choice due to the location . There are free garages available at the hotel.

The hotel provided everything we could wish for, and it was all included in the price. The food was always interesting, fresh, and abundant. The bar and restaurant are run by a manager named Radu who was exceptional. The kids loved his personal interactions, and he made an impression on all of us throughout our stay. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the wellness center was a treat after our daily skiing trips. This hotel deserves 4 stars...

Only few minor things that didnt matter to us really. Double bed was made from 2 single beds. Shatters not blocking the sun light ( we woke up any way when still it was dark. The hotel is located quite far away from vigo di fassa. But there is a good shuttle service wich we didnt use. We drove every day around 10 min to the lift. It was easy to park along the pist . It was not possible to rent snowboard from the hotel so we rented outside the hotel. Overall we had a very good vacation And are hoping to come again on our next ski vacation

We got a really good service The hotel offers quality service around the clock For kids a good club with fun activities. Slides. Climbing wall. Pool ( nicely warm ) For the adults they offer a great spa with all the amenties for free. The food is delicious a great vriety and very good quality. 3 course dinner. We loved the baffe with all variants of salads and cheese. Breakfast is excellent to. We were plesently surprised from the tiled floor. We were annoyed from carpeted flour as mentioned at booking. Probably the rooms had been renovated recently. We had a quiet sleep with a wonderful views. Very good quality of toiletiers. Everyday there was a quite variant skiers buffe. With complimentary tea and soft drinks. It is the perfect hotel for a family on a ski vacation.

We had a spacious triple room with mountain view. It was a great stay, great location, delicious food and nice staff. The ski shuttle to get to the slopes is very helpful and spa after ski is relaxing. Special thanks to Radu for the hospitality.

We chose this hotel mainly for the kids entertainment, the tobbogan. But the kids didnt like the long waiting in the que for it. Maybe the supervising staff could let the kids go in earlier. Also there is a small finnish sauna for a few people, so it was allways crowded.

Great value for money. Friendly staff - waiters, drivers, receptionist, housekeeping- helpfull and allways in a good mood and smile on their face. This made our experience even better. Amazing dinners- evenings 4 course menu was excellent, very tastefull. Nice location with slopes 5 min drive - shuttle available at any time.

Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon.
