The property was extremely clean, well maintained and in the most convenient location right in the middle of everything. The marina and beaches are just a short walk away. All of the shops and restaurants are just steps from the entrance.

Clean comfortable rooms. The hotel is centrally located. Varied and delicious breakfasts. It's nice to have drinks in the refrigerator: water, sparkling water, coke, juice, a small bottle of prosecco and yogurt. A slight misunderstanding happened with the car parking. I recommend

Staff was AMAZING. Helped us book a private taxi to Naples Airport for early in the morning. Room was so clean and quite large. Amazing location as well. Would for sure come back.

From start to finish, Alessia was absolutely instrumental in making our stay exceptional! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, offering fantastic recommendations for both dining and excursions. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. We loved enjoying breakfast on the balcony each morning, taking in the charming sounds and views of the piazza below. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Alessia also went above and beyond by helping us arrange parking, which was especially helpful since we drove in from the airport. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thanks to Alessia, the staff and the great location!

The room doors do not have keys or locks, and close automatically. Just make sure the door is shut as it sometimes opens if another room's door is closed.

This place is clean and comfortable, in a central location, a true hidden gem. The staff (especially Alessia) went above expectations to plan all the activities for our stay. The breakfast buffet is served in a cute manner and is very delicious. Would love to stay longer and visit again!

Difficult to locate !!

Alessia and Luise were exceptional hostesses! A little difficult to find it first, but once in a clean, comfortable, cool, oasis awaits!! Highly recommend!!!

It was expensive as no facilities

Only 5 rooms and in the center of the activity. Lovely quick breakfast just outside the room .Fabulous staff in Particular Alice who did a fantastic job of organizing the best restaurants and day trips for our stay

The room was smaller than it looked in the photos. But, we got over that :)

The location was fun because it is so close to the piazza. We enjoyed watching the action from the balcony…scooters, tiny delivery trucks, mobile wheelchairs, pedestrians…all buzzing around! The double pane windows lock out almost all of the sounds if you need to sleep or rest. The bed was VERY comfortable. And the staff… Alessia and Giovanni and the cleaners were ALL so very helpful and sweet. Breakfast was great!

Everything was perfect

Fantastic stay, beautiful room and the best location. We had a room with a balcony overlooking Tasso square and enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony and a wine in the evening watching the activity below. Ely suites us a 5 room boutique hotel, a hidden gem once you enter. Alessia was amazing so helpful and Luisa who cleaned the rooms and prepared the most delicious breakfast was so charming and obliging. We highly recommend Ely Suites

Bed linen a bit confusing with over sheets, then a duvet then a thin blanket , I think a simple duvet would suffice. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning with chlorine . There were visible mold spots on the ceiling.

The location is excellent, staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was big and very nicely decorated.
