This is my 3rd time staying at Eitch Borromini. The front desk staff are all amazing and so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, clean and enjoyable. The location is perfect, it is near Piazza Navona and all the excellent restaurants and shops in the area.

Because our experience at this hotel was so wonderful I hesitate to write of our disappointment with the women staff at the rooftop bar and in the dining area at morning breakfast. All the men staff were professional, cordial, and sincere in their desire to represent the hotel as elite, whereas the women staff were not up to par.

Perfect location, fantastic suite accommodation. Every single member of the reception staff was excellent. Very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. They made us feel very comfortable.

we were totally surprised by an upgrade that we were given ,The upgrade was an unbelievable experience and we are really grateful for the stunning accomodation,spacious beautifully decorated and really spectacular .Thank you to Cristo and the team !The historical side of this amazing venue was also so special.The location of the hotel is the best ,close to nearly everything !

Bed in my suite could use replacing, not too comfortable. We were there for 4 nights and didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop at all because it was closed for private events. Elevator was very dark, hard to see.

Perfect location, gorgeous spacious rooms. Lovely terrace to enjoy delicious breakfast with variety of foods.

breakfast is very basic nothin fantastic. we stay at this hotel when we go to rome its nice , clean room , staff is friendly, the roof top bar is a plus overlooking piazza navona. highly recommended

Our suite had a series of stairs to the shower which made it difficult for me as I am mobility impaired. There is also a huge oil jar with scented reeds that gave me an instant headache which we moved outside the room.

The history and the courtyard were very interesting. The outside seating was comfortable. The breakfast buffet is on the terrace on the 4th floor with beautiful views of historic Rome scenes.

Unfortunately we had an issue with the hot water not working twice but the staff rectified it and then upgraded our room. We loved our first room better. The lift broke down but wasn’t an issue as we used the stairs anyway. So I wouldn’t not highly recommend here but these were the issues that presented on our stay.

The staff were fabulous! Location fabulous, close to hundreds of restaurants. You can walk to all the attractions if you want. On arrival to our room I could hear opera and opened our window to a beautiful concert in the church next door, that was my highlight 🥰

The location was excellent for the attractions such as Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum and Vatican, all within walking distance. There were also plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants on the door step of the hotel. The stagg were really helpful in terms of where to eat and where to go.

Lots of street noise, even on the 4th floor. That is not the fault of the hotel, just the location, right off the Piazza Navona.

Everything - the location is just prefect - walking distance from all Rome attraction - near by all restaurants. The staff are so friendly, kind and approachable. Special thanks to Stefano and Cristiano who made sure we have all what need and we get the best deal of all the tourist tours. The room which we selected , was big. I noticed other rooms a quite small. The breakfast is also good. small cozy place limited options but serve the purpose.

The hotel staff was super nice, but sometimes it is on the expense of professional, during our stay they: 1. Gave hotel keys, without proper verification. They just asked for name and date of entry, did not check ID. 2. Opened our room safe without checking who we were. So in theory, we could break into another hotel and steal the safe contents with the hotel’s staff assistance… The location, Piazza Navona is central but over crowded. I think it was great in the past but now it is over priced and the crowds are something you cannot ignore. So I think I would avoid that location in the future.

The location is noisy but the hotel room was quiet ( other than the bells at the church).
