- the access to the structure is a steep and small staircase, if you have large luggage it will be an assle to carry - the neighboorhood isn't that charming, Marsala in general is not the prettiest city (to say the least) of the west of SIcily

- the hosts are really kind and open to give great and good advice; all around good people - the rooms are adequtely sized and cleaned daily - breakfast is homemade and good sized

Very good location near the center of Marsala. Very good parking options in a small square. The rooms are nice and always clean and tidy. But the best thing is the owners. Very friendly and hospitable. Every morning they personally meet the guests and give advice about their vacation. You can see that they love Sicily. And let me not forget, breakfast is in a unique place, on the roof with a beautiful view of Marsala.

The location is very good – in one direction there're the main sights, and in the other direction we found many restaurants with excellent food. Super nice and cozy place to stay. Lots of parking nearby, so that was super convenient. The hosts were really friendly and helpful — they told us stories and gave great tips for things to do around the area. Breakfast was awesome too, and we got to enjoy it on the rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the city. Just a really great spot — totally recommend it!

Roberto & Rossella are amazing hosts! Although we went "outside" of the touristic season, they greated us upon our arrival and gave us the same level of service and attention! They gave us some useful tips to make our stay in Marsala pleasant, and Rossella prepared the breakfast which was AMAZING! I will be back with my partner!

I only stayed for one night but I have only positive things to stay. I was allowed to self check in which worked perfectly (communicated via WhatsApp), and the B&B is really cozy and clean. Breakfast was served by the host family who were very friendly, and the cakes were sooo good! The accommodation is within walking centre of everything in the city centre, and I got some great tips on what to do - had amazing Arancini and went to the wine bar they recommended.

Roberto and Rosella were wonderful hosts, they were very helpful with us finding the property and sent us lots of recommendations for the city. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved meeting them and staying in Marsala! We will 100% stay there again if we return.

Room was ok but a little outdated and there was mold in the shower. Also the rooftop terrace would need a bit more care. For 1 night really ok and good value for money.

Great hosts, Roberto gives a lot of advices and Rosella makes self made cakes for the breakfast. Very delicious!

The parking was a little difficult but we finally found a spot.

Everything!! 😍 😍 A lovely comfortable home from home experience. Perfect varied breakfast with delicious homemade cakes and fruit from the garden. Very comfortable bed/ bedroom with air-conditioning/ toiletries/hairdryer and daily housekeeping provided. Perfect hosts, warm/friendly and would go out of their way to help. Great advise regarding best local restaurants/ and places to visit to get the most memorable holiday experience. Great location within easy walking distance to the centre of town. We would not hesitate to stay here again look forward very much to a return visit.

Located near city center with nice view from breakfast terace. Owners are very friendly, helped us to book restaurant, asked about preferencies for breakfast, gave other hints. Keep in mind that all the apartments are actually placed vertically :) Meaning a lot of stairs, so if you might have damaged leg it might be not very easy to move inside

Roberto and Rossella are excellent hosts! The guest house is beautiful and clean, well-located and easily reacheable from the train station on foot. The hosts are accomodating and nice, giving suggestions for food and places to see. the view from the terrace is spectacular. Rooms are big and have everything you might need for a stay. The B&B is fantastically located directly to the beautiful city center of Marsala. The breakfast was really good. The hosts, a lovely couple, provided cappuccino, home made pastries, fruits, yoghurt and so much more. The view from the terrace over Marsala while you having breakfast is wonderful. The room was spacious with own bathroom and a comfy bed as well! They were also helping me organizing the wine tasting and I could rent their car for few days which made it more convenient to get around! Mille grazie, Rosella & Roberto! 🤗

Roberta and his wife were very responsive to messages and so accommodating and friendly. Lovely breakfast up on the roof and a spotless room with everything you need.
