The apartment flat is located at a very good area of Rome. It is surrounded with very nice and authentic restaurants. There's a pizza shops right at the entrance of the apartment and a pharmacy across the road. Close to corner shops and a local supermarket too. The host is a very helpful Italian gentleman and he's so knowledgeable about the area.

What wasn’t clear for me is that this is a shared apartment. You have your own room and bathroom but the living room is shared. Really difficult to talk to the people managing it. They were not speaking English and they didn’t answer the phone initially, when I got there.

Very nice modern apartment in a nice safe area relatively close to Metro and nice restaurants. Two different rooms with two different bathrooms makes it ideal for families or a group of 2 couples.

Nothing not to like. Was perfect for our needs and great value for money.

Property was a short walk from the Vatican so made it easy to visit. Metro station in close proximity. Apartment was very clean and quiet.

As the each flat is for 4-5 people, I suggest giving guests 2 sets of keys so that they can access the property at different times. As an alternative. , I suggest installing a lock box by the front door downstairs

It didn’t look like on photos, unfortunately. it wasn’t also clean enough. instead of beautiful lamp there was a big fire extinguisher.

the apartment was big with two bathrooms - very comfortable for us. localization was great, very close to The walls of Vatican. On the street there were: restaurant, pubs, pharmacy and cafee. Host was great, he helped us with transport from the airport to the apartment. We got also additional staff when we’d asked for that.

there was a massive 50 euro cleaning fee the stay was showing for 98 euro and on top of that 50 euro cost increases it by 50% that's a lot rest everything was great

The main place was shared with another room. So kitchen and sofa was common place. Glass door on bathroom, door holder is broken, coat hanger was worst quality that I saw, air conditioner was broken(it did not work at all). Bed spread was dirty and there no coverage for that. No daily cleaning and no replacement of towels for 3 days accommodation. There was no place for clothes and cloth wardrobe was dirty

Toilet and shower got broken during our visit - the water got stuck and started to leak from toilet and then also from the shower. Water leak also from the wash machine in the living room/kitchen. We asked to get it repaired, but it has not been done during our stay. I assume it was very unfortune accident, however significantly impacted our comfort and stay (as we couldn't use neither toilet nor take a shower...)

Location was pretty good - nice and clean surroundings, close to Vatican, few mins away from bus stop and metro station. Good starting point to visit Vatican and Rome old town, In the apartment there are 2 seperate rooms and common area (living room + kitchen)

I Send to Email i came at 11:30 am oclock but i decide to Go around the City First. Then decided to come at 6:00 PM in the evening but the facility was Closed . I need to get Help somebody.they helping me too.was nice of them. I was cry because i booked already and contact me through. I did'nt Look my Email. The number is cannot be rich.at 8:30 pm was in the room. Because Said the Email check in at 14:00 pm Till 11:00 am. So i was think ITS OK that i can Check in later. Because my days there is Limited. But im Happy Not to sleep in the Road. My whole Holiday was still good. I sleep with No blanket.my blanket was the Cover of bed. I Had cold Foot.

We did not have a fridge in our room and the one that was shared with the other room was out of service. The room was not soundproof so we didn't sleep very well at night.

The neighborhood was lovely, near the metro station of Ottaviano and many cute little restaurants and cafes.

WARNING - this stay is not in Trastevere. I booked this stay because I thought it was in Trastevere based on the map pin location, but it is NOT. This is northwest of the Vatican City, and not a convenient location for a tourist in Rome. We had to take the train to get anywhere. The rooms are super small. I didn't appreciate when selecting this location that the common space was shared. This is essentially a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, and you get just one of the bedrooms. They have a common sitting area with a couch, but then they have curtained/ blocked off the kitchen area. There was barely space in the room for my cousin and I to lay out our large suitcases. Lastly, probably the worst part, there were a lot of weird noises all throughout the night. In the first room we were put in the A/C unit was awful. It was super loud and made a screaming type noise making it impossible to sleep. In the second room we were put in there was a weird scratching and squealing sound coming from the walls. It was super creepy and my heart was racing most of the night. Then occasionally the shower head would start to leak, and the loud patter of the water hitting the ground was annoying. I did not get much sleep while staying here. I felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this stay to anyone at all.

Cleanliness - 50€ of the total is cleaning fee but it was not reflected in apartment's condition Mold in the bathroom It was very difficult to manipulate with shower doors Bed linning and towels could be replaced for newer Washing machine did not rinse Host did not speak english only italian

The staff didn't spoke English,we received the apartment with a broken shower door,a defective air blower,the beds we're not that comfortable.There was a rule that you couldn't talk loudly or play music after 22:00 until 08:00 that we understood but the neighbors didn't pay any attention to this,there we're loud noises coming from the neighbors,anytime someone entered the building we would hear every step,there was a restaurant at the base of the building that was packed every night until 3-4 AM,everytime there was loud noises coming from there.The staff told us to keep quiet even though we did not make any noise whatsoever,when I sent them the explanation message they didn't even replied back.Loud construction noises early in the morning,from 8:00 until 12:00 or even later than that,old building so it was always something going on. Surely the apartment wasn't a 9.3 star as it was mentioned on the wall of the apartment.

The location was 1 km away from Vatican City,the apartment would've been nicer if it was prepared the right way.

The apartment has two private balconies. In one of the rooms, they were conducting rehabilitation works that basically made the balcony not available - and we weren't informed in advance so we could decide whether to cancel or not. Also, the sheets in each room were not in the best condition (old, you could tell they haven't been replaced for years) and, in the same room with the balcony not available, you could find holes in the sheets. Some good points: location, decent cleanliness, quiet.
