The location is great because we went to Rome for the Jubilee and this place is really at 2 mins from the Vatican. The bedroom was super-clean and anything was absolutely perfect. The staff really great.

Being in front of the Vatican Museums, there was a lot of people staying on the public stair in front of the building entrance door and this is was l a little annoying when living or arriving. The size of the room for four people was ok although not spectacular (that is why I removed one point).

Nice location, close to everything. Easy access to the building and apartment, kitchen in common space. Bed and pillows were comfortable

Adding some manual for air conditioner would have been nice. Also we didn't find iron but honestly we didn't ask, I can imagine it might have been somewhere. Also in the mornings people starting gathering downstairs as it is a point for excursion start so might be noisy if you sleep with the window opened

Safe location. Good access to Vatican. Walking distance to metro.

Communal area was small and very close to the bedrooms and therefore you might get some kitchen noise.

Super clean, modern and fantastic comfy beds,.pillows and.linen. Good air con. Liked the balcony. Good location for Vatican and close to metro for city centre. Great friendly communication with host. Highly recommend.

Owner was so nice and very accommodating. We were coming from a cruise and he allowed us to check in early so we could drop off our bags and start exploring Rome. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable

Air conditioning seemed to be a bit undersized for the room as it took a while to cool down but it honestly wasn’t that big of a deal

The room was fantastic. The location was brilliant. The host visited us and enjoyed our English accents. When we had trouble with the safe - staff arrived promptly. When we heeded a cab the staff ordered this for us. The app to open the building/apartment/room doors is fab too.?

Clean, modern, very close to Vatican and downtown.

Only good words: perfect location, literally across the street from The Vatican Museum, great hosts, everything in the apartment is brand new, good water pressure. We had room nr 4, that has a perfect balcony. We were absolutely happy with our stay. In the night quiet.

The room was very tastefully decorated and immaculate. The host was welcoming, charming, and respectful. The residence is perfectly situated near the Vatican. I'll be recommending this residence to anyone I know visiting Rome.

The is a "Guest House", so I want that to be clear. This is an apartment that has 4 or 5 guest rooms. The apartment is newly renovated and has a beautiful foyer with a refrigerator, sink, coffee and books. The room we stayed in, is brand new, very well kept. We slept three adults. It was the same size as a regular room on a cruise ship. The A/C worked well, the bathroom was pretty and newly done as well. The shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. The sheets were comfy. It is in a perfect location and we felt very safe. Groups meet on the steps in the morning, be we didn't feel it was very loud. We were greeted by the owner's mother and she was very pleasant and went over the locks which are all electronic and easy to use. Owner's were very responsive before we arrived and never had an issue. This is a perfect room for budget travelers or staying a few nights before a cruise. I would stay again.

When you enter the building, the entrance is not reflective of the apartment. It is a worn and unattractive. I was a little nervous at first, but when I entered the apartment, I was relieved. Towels are not changed everyday, just every 3 days.

The location is right across the street from the Vatican. Many local restaurants and convenience stores you can walk to. Our room was wonderful! Modern, clean, comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. They provided small snacks and there’s a small refrigerator & espresso machine in room. The staff is amazing! The owner’s son greeted us upon arrival and stored our luggage for us until our room was ready. We would definitely stay here again!

.The host was very nice. The apartment is right next to the entrance to the Vatican museum Plenty of restaurants and supermarket in the area.

prop manager Gabrielle did an outstanding ck in services and was kind enough to give us references for sites and places to eat.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, with everything I needed nearby, and the area felt safe and welcoming. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality – the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything I needed, from tips about the area to restaurant recommendations. I felt completely at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. I hope to come back soon – thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The location is literally the best for visiting Vatican.
