Excellent place, newly and beautifully designed in a traditional building with interesting architecture. Well sized room, very good bed, everything clean and thoughtful. Good location for visiting the historic sites, a couple of minutes walk to the old city gate. The host, Rosario, nice and helpful.

Beautifully renovated, this charming little historic property is centrally located, 5 min away from the historic center. Our room was facing the interior patio and it was modern, tastefully decorated, very quiet, and spotless clean; the bed was extremely comfortable; the bathroom was very modern, excellent water pressure, brand new appliances; the air conditioning was functioning pretty well. Everything was brand new, and the appliances were of excelent quality. We were provided with vouchers for a small tipical italian breakfast in a traditional cafe located in St Oronzo piazza, which we enjoyed a lot. The owner was extremely helpful, providing us with helpful tips and a map with the best sights to visit, beaches , good restaurants etc… We also found free parking in front of the house which was great.

Rosario was an excellent host. He was very accommodating, flexible and responsive to meet our needs. The B&B was beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable with very high end features. The bathroom was modern, and the shower pressure was excellent. The location was ideal. Only a few minutes walking to the old city. We parked right in front of the property for free during the two days we were there and did not need to move the car. We had no problems. Had we not found parking on the street, we had a very nice Plan B with a parking garage offered to us by Rosario. He offered to take the car there for us. The coffee and tea and snacks offered were very good also. And we had a small refrigerator in our room with water, juice and wine, which is was convenient. The onboarding process, including providing us with a link a map to favorites places to visit and eat, was excellent. We hope to be back again!

Wifi signal in the room was a little weak due to the thick old walls.

Awesome staff, very helpful, explained everything nicely and gave good tips on what to see and do, room is very comfortable and well-sized, all very new and stylish. Community areas are lovely, too, with a well-equipped kitchen. Location is just a few hundred meters outside of the old town and at the Porta San Biagio there is also the café for breakfast.

Very modern, ultra clean facility, all built within a building of excellent architecture and great history. Extremely close to the entry to the old town. Amazing attention to detail throughout the complex. Towels were soft , shower pressure was excellent. A very special boutique hotel.

If you want AC outside of the hot summer months you have to contact the host separately. This was no problem for us but should have been made clear in the beginning.

The property is located just a few minutes from the old town with lots of free parking around. The room was very spatious with a good mix of traditional and modern design, clean and very quiet. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible with the check-in/check-out time and even gave us a small departure gift.

we liked everything

the originality and good taste of the suite which we were upgraded to . the remodelling of this boutique hotel has been done with good quality materials design. very impressive the owner Rosario is a lovely guy who gave us a lot of information on places to visit and restaurants. he also have us his private parking place, which saved a lot of money and trouble. he is full of good humour. the property is next to the historical centre with easy access to the sites of interest. we will stay there again on our next visit to lèche

The only thing that was difficult was not having a window to let in some air.

The host was very generous and kind. He spoke enough english for me to understand. The rooms are gorgeous and everything is top quality and new.

Very nice owner who gave us a lot of information. Was already waiting for us outside and gave a warm welcome. Parking right in front of the house. Good breakfast in a nice Patisseria close to the Villa. Experience yourself what we felt during our 3 nights stay!

I felt that the rooms were a little small. Also, one cannot expect change of towels daily as this is a Bed and Breakfast.

The biggest issue came when paying the bill. He only had a tap phone payment method and UK cards are limited to £100 for such transactions so our cards (Visa and Mastercard) would not work. He suggested I walk 20 minutes in the rain to the nearest bank to withdraw cash. In the end I made a direct transfer payment using my phone banking app but still got hassled for a receipt. If you run a hospitality business it is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to take all standard forms of payment (Visa and Mastercard are not exceptional!!!), it is not the responsibility of the guest to comply with you. If you can only take American Express this needs to be stated clearly upfront. It was a very irritating end to a very nice stay (Lecce is fabulous) and would not stay here again.

Hotel was conveniently located, a short walk from the walls of the old town (Cafe Astoria by Porto San Biagio is excellent, friendly and very good value for breakfast). There is a lot of free parking round the hotel but it is a busy area however Rosario was helpful with parking and held a space for us so we could park nearby. Our room was very clean but small and had no window so a bit claustrophobic. The photos on the website are deceptive and give the impression of a much larger space than it actually is, 5 rooms round one courtyard.
