The property was very clean, with all anything a tourist would want(air conditioning, beverages and welcoming host). The apartment’s position was perfect, close to roughly anything you would want to see in Rome.

Great team, thank you Uli. Of course, they pay lots of attention to interior cleaning & improvements. One nightstand missing but Uli will get to that, wink. Bathrooms are Euro-sized but cleaned daily. Language is not a problem. Safe, friendly neighborhood. Great access into & out of building. EZ first floor stairs. Pro-tip: Excellent access to bus transportation from Plebiscito and the Corso. Get their restaurant recommendations, the food from the Pantheon to P. Navona to Campo di Fiori area is not good. My Italian mother would be surprised by lack of dishes that provide any "wow, you have to try this" moments.

There was a smell of sewage when walking into the building entrance which the property is located in. Not the properties fault and couldn’t smell anything once you got into the rooms.

Amazing location, just around the corner from the pantheon and within easy walking distance to other attractions. The property was cleaned everyday and clean towels left in the room. The air con was great and needed after a long hot day of exploring. Communication was great throughout and will definitely be recommending the property to anyone visiting Rome.

Slightly tricky to enter, but Ulrich was very helpful and sorted us out in no time. A little noisy, as you would expect for a central location, so if you sleep lightly pack your earplugs. Hardly noticeable if you can sleep with the windows shut.

The main door was difficult to find. The street name given did not match the official name so our taxi had difficulty helping us find the location. It would be great if a side street reference point were more expressly stated. Otherwise, we loved the apartment!

Such a convenient location and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver in the heat. The housekeeper was amazing.

A Hidden Gem! Very retro accommodation, very spacious room and facilities. We loved our stay! Super central, walking distance to all the main attractions, cafes & gelato!!! Great communication and loved our spa :) Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location! Within walking distance of everything. Room super comfortable and clean, we loved every minute of it and would definitely stay here again. They also must have known it was my birthday because when we got back to the room that evening there was a bottle of prosecco and glasses on the bed for us! Was such a lovely gesture. Thanks guys we loved that :) Also the hosts let us leave our cases in the property on the last day after check out as we had some time to kill before our flight home which helped us massively! All in all perfect stay, couldn't fault it at all.

The keyless entry and lack of receptionist/any staff made it hard to get in and out of the hotel. The keyless entry app was not reliable enough for us - you had to be able to connect to the internet to use it and there was very little phone service or wifi connection by the front door. No receptionist meant it was hard to keep lobby water/coffee stocked and not an option to knock to get in if the app didn't work. But again, the price of this hotel is a lot lower than many in this area and I realize that part of what makes that possible is the lack of onsite staff.

The hotel had a super modern almost space age look that you could tell the owner put a lot of work into achieving. Our room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a full bar in the lobby where you could make your own cocktails for a fair price (recipes included), which was fun. We met the owner who was extremely nice and helpful as were the cleaners who came by to clean our rooms daily. For the area the price was really great too, we were so happy to be steps from the Pantheon! Amazing location really.

The ultra modern style of the rooms was not particularly to our taste, but that is a matter of style. All was very functional, if not the entry to building and room lighting system, a little confusing as a bit complicated. Lack of 'how to get there' details, for once we arrived in Rome - so had hassle to find it from the airport. Hopefully the owner has addressed this now.

A very large room and bathroom, with a big bed and a spa bath. Location was absolutely brilliant, close to the Pantheaon and lots of café/bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Easy to contact, accessible, friendly, generous owner. Bright room with good facilities, honesty bar in the communal area and lots of tourist info.
