We had a nice spacious room. Nice modern bathroom. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good selection for breakfast with great coffee. Nice lounge areas with a bar beside reception area.

Pool is fenced off between 12-4pm because there is no lifeguard and they give you a swim cap that you must wear in the pool even if you don’t dunk your head in the water. Dinner not great, not worth the money. All the family felt sick afterwards. And the maître’d was rude to my husband.

Great location, spacious rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

The staff spoke very limited English, which made communication a bit difficult. The central AC was a major issue despite repeatedly asking for adjustments, they kept the temperature at 22°C, and we felt cold throughout the night. The overall atmosphere was quite strict, almost like a military camp, with rigid rules that impacted our comfort. One night was manageable, but we wouldn’t choose to stay for more than two.

Front desk ladies very friendly. 1st morning there was a fresh walnut cake that was exceptional. The hard boiled eggs peeled perfectly.

Not a good night's sleep. Too much noise. There were 2 small water bottles. Water is usually given for free. They had a charge of 2.50 euro for each small water, not free.

This is my third stay in this hotel. We like it because it is well positioned for the beach and the centre of Vieste. We also like the beach Lido as it has a very pleasant bar, cool breeze in its shade, good snacktype food and a beautiful view of Vieste old town. The waitresses are very friendly and kind.

I was perplexed by their communications.Information about ALL hotel activities needs to be organized in a central point for everyone to see or provide a booklet with all information in the bedroom.Maybe a little outdated but I would have appreciated this, instead of having to ask at the main desk.Infomation re the swimming pool was inside the lift for example.Reading other reviews I noticed there were game tables available of which I had no idea of or where they are!

Good location for walking to the old town (10 min walk) and the beach (5 min walk), plus parking and easy to get to by car

The decor was in good condition but a bit dated in style.

Well located hotel, close to the beach and with easy access to town centre. Very good breakfast, lots of fruits and choice of milk (including almond and oat). Staff was professional and helpful.

We booked a superior room ( a twin). The two single beds were small and the matresses not very comfortable. The shower was very small and difficult to get in and out. A heavier person would not not be able to get in at all. The swimming pool at times was not available as the lifeguard was not there. Their 'Lido' was more expensive compared to others nearby. I would not rate it 4 stars. I enjoyed my stay regardless and I would like the management to consider my review as suggestions for improvement.

Its position. This was our second stay and we chose it yet again for its position near to the beach and town centre. It also has parking.

There were a few hitches with the hot water in the shower and cleanliness under the bathroom radiator was not satisfactory. Some coat hangers were broken as was the bathroom scales.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean, traditional Italian atmosphere but with all the modern conveniences.

Free on site parking is not guaranteed and I had to park on the street (parking meters begin at 8am) for the first couple of days until a spot opened up for me. The hotel does offer guaranteed paid parking but at their rates it is cheaper and more convenient to park on the street. With regards to the self serve antipasto dining I was surprised to see a steep surcharge at checkout for desserts and fruit consumption since those items were spread out with the self serve antipasto items and were also get up and serve yourself items. To the future guests paying for the all you can eat antipasto (which is very good and worth the money) be aware that the fruit and desserts are not included and you will get an overpriced room service bill at checkout for some standard fruits and desserts if you are not aware. Had we known we would have gone for desserts at a local pastry shop some 100 yards away where you can eat a fresh pastry for practically one euro. You have to purchase a bathing cap from the hotel in order to use the pool or bring your own. This is sort of pointless because the pool is surrounded by trees which fall their leaves and flowers in the pool in abundance.
