Nothing to say as we were given an "upgrade" so didn't stay in this one.

The property was clean, smelled so good, and the facilities were good. We also got a free upgrade so thanks to the owners!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this vacation home! From the moment we booked, the host was exceptional—friendly, approachable and always quick to respond. Stefania went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our trip and her welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. The biggest surprise was the unexpected upgrade, which added a special touch to our experience. The accommodation itself was perfect—warm, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was the ideal retreat after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway with a host who genuinely cares about their guests. Can’t wait to return! Thank you so much, Stefania.❤️

We have nothing “bad” to say about this accommodation but we would of loved if there was a spoon, a plate and glasses.

Nice and friendly host. The room is small but cosy, only the bed was a bit small and uncomfortable.

Location was very busy. We could not find a parking spot. It was terrible. We spend almost the entire evening in the car. I understand it is not the host fault but I would not recommend to visit Taranto in weekend, although she could have told us beforehand that it was difficult to find a parking spot. Maybe a bit naïf from us that we did not realize how busy the city centre could be on a Saturday before the beginning of the Christmas holidays but it was a very unpleasant experience. Parking garages are very expensive. I think I will never visit the city of Taranto anymore.

We got upgraded to Casa Felice so can't comment on this specific place. The room we got was fantastic though! Strong wifi, almost instantaneous hot water, heating, a very small kitchen (but large fridge) and daily breakfast provided (cornetto and biscuits + coffee). Great local restaurant recommendation (Basile Luzzi - Enzo, the waiter, is wonderful!) and right in the middle of town

the communication for the place and ensuing upgrade was a bit messy. The lady managing these properties is a very busy person! Like everyone says, parking is a nightmare. Our tip would be to only try and find a spot in the city late at night (past 10.30pm) and move your car in the morning. there are free spots about a 20min bus ride out of town (check googlemaps or park4night), 90mkn bus ticket €1.30 as of Nov 2024.

    Location

    1. I had to wait host even i told check in time and updated it. Was a problem, because after long journey needed wc and etc. especially with pregnant wife. 2. Was free water in fridge, but someone has stolen it. ( do not understand such people. (Take it all!!)) 3. Bed,- you can fall on the ground, because mattress sticks are loose. And some of them broken

My stay at this accommodation was a disaster. From the beginning, they changed the conditions of my booking without any prior notice. They assigned me a completely different room than the one I had reserved, claiming it was "bigger," but what they didn’t mention was that, because of that, they decided to exclude the breakfast that was initially included in my reservation. They didn’t inform me of this until just a few hours before checkout, which is completely unacceptable. Moreover, the bathroom in this room was disgusting. The toilet had no seat, forcing me to sit directly on the ceramic, which was a horrible experience! The toilet bowl was so big that you almost touched the water, which is simply unhygienic and gross. To top it off, just a few hours before my departure, the person in charge, Gabriella, was incredibly rude. Despite changing the conditions without notice, she had the nerve to scold me for not having €45 in cash, as they wanted to be paid in cash to avoid taxes. Even when I went out to exchange money to have the exact amount, Gabriella showed a very unprofessional and annoyed attitude. In summary, a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values transparent, hygienic, and professional service.

    The location

The room was too small, and the bed was for 1 person. This is a budget accommodation for just 1 person , but for a couple it is too small.

It's a cute apartment for a very low price. We like it!!! The breakfast is small, but still.. OK for this price. The room is clean and that's the most important.

The bed is very small for two persons. And it's a little difficult to find a free parking spot near the apartment.
