Rosa was very accommodating and polite . She was amazing at giving advice about our trip and how to get around the area. Very accommodating always had a smile. Very helpful in dropping us off at bus stops etc. such a lovely lady in all aspects, as was her husband. The only bad thing was the road works that could be scary getting in and off buses which is out of Rosa’s control.

The property isn’t in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It’s recommended to rent a car to get around the area. We were there for one night and it exceeded our needs. Very quiet and friendly place.

A little dated but we enjoyed the quiet and quaint atmosphere.

It was an ideal stop for us as we were flying out next AM. Dinner was excellent, really enjoyed interacting with the owners.

Staff was very helpful in directions to return our rental car to the airport and had a shuttle driver ready at 4 a.m.

The property just needs a bit of updating.

Close to the airport, a good place to stay for a connection, especially if you want to avoid the main area of Venice. Beautiful pool to relax by; especially appreciated after flying from the west coast of Canada, it was a great place to recuperate from jet lag. The host is extremely helpful and kind; the dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Maybe the two little dogs to not come out with a barking greeting. It made me uncomfortable.

Very relaxing stay, Rosa was extremely obliging. We ate an evening meal in the Patio area which was enchanting. Hotel taxi to the airport at 7.30am was great.

The Hotels online images do not quite reflect the reality of a once grand and beautifully kept country house hotel now slightly overgrown externally, dirty out of use pool area and tired rooms. But the owner was wonderful and looked after us and the other guests all of whom were there for a night before flying home.

Location is brilliant with a 9 minute drive to the airport car rental drop off area. This was once a truly grand Country House Hotel but whilst needing some care and garden maintenance the couple who own and run the place were wonderfully welcoming, great cooks and we got everything out of the stay we needed.

The country house has lots of charm. There is a picture on the wall of what it was before the owners renovated it in the early 2000’s and they practically rebuilt it. It’s a bit tired now but the service and the food were lovely. The grounds are enormous and the pool is Olympic sized. This is a beautiful venue for a wedding.

The lady running the hotel was very helpful and friendly- she arranged transport for us from the airport and then on to the hire car company the next day. The location is very close to the airport, which is great- but does mean there is airplane noise in the morning. The accomodation was basic but clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is amazing.

Rustic country hotel very close to the airport, we arrived late. Swimming pool in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. Rosa was excellent and so helpful. Highly recommend.

The proximity to the airport meant that there was occasionally quite a bit of 'Take-off noise' but not enough to stop us going back some time.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Breakfast (and dinners) were served outside as the weather was really good. Not a wide dinner menu but the food really was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We chose the location primarily because it's very close to the Airport and we had a very late arrival time - however, we have no hesitation in saying we would stay there again, simply because it's great! The 'Country Club' facilities (mainly the pool and snack bar arrangement were also excellent.
