Beautiful apartment in delightful town. Spotlessly clean. The small pool was perfect to cool down. Owners a real pleasure to speak with and very helpful. Breakfast delicious.

Anna and Massimo are truly exemplary hosts. The whole property is finished to a very high standard and is very tastefully decorated. The rooms are big and airy and cleaned every day. The plunge pool on the roof is a great addition, and the breakfast everyday is lovely. They also have a great spa and sell their own wine. I cannot fault the stay and we will definitely be back.

Anna and Massimo have created a beautiful and stylish place from which to explore Puglia/Salento. They were incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The underground spa was a wonderful, unexpected experience. The breakfast was also superb.

That I had to leave!! Wish I had booked more days there!

We stayed a few days and we did not want to leave this place! Anna and Massimo are amazing hosts and the location is beautiful! The breakfast was the best with fresh local and handmade products. The spa is a dream and the room extremely comfortable! The parking is just 20 metres from the house and super safe! All the tips for day trip and restaurants were perfect! You can visit all South Puglia from this place! This is one of the best accommodations we stayed during our tour and we hope to be back soon!

One of the best places we’ve stayed! The hosts were wonderful and kind and our stay was perfect. The spa area is wonderful (60 EUR extra per room), and the general vibe is beautiful. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had anywhere. Great local recommendations, cannot recommend them highly enough.

This place that Anna and Massimo have created is magical. It's like stepping into another world. Everything is so incredibly beautiful and the host couple are amazing people. The breakfast has everything you could want and everything is so beautifully presented. There is a calm over the whole place. All your senses are touched. Very pleasant place. Anna and Massimo's care made us feel at home. They really thought of everything :) Excellent breakfast. Beautiful and quiet beach about 15 minutes by car. Excellent restaurants nearby. We would love to come back if we have chance.

I have probably spent close to a thousand nights of my life so far in different hotels of different categories in different parts of the world - from world class 5* to small, family run hostels and the hospitality we received here was one of the best I have ever experienced. For instance, the owners organized a (free) Aperó for all the guests of the hotel with local specialties and wine one night as a get together and people stayed until 1.30 am just chatting. We got an upgrade as we brought our little baby and were invited to try out the SPA in the morning without further conditions. Needless to say we were treated with great friendliness and politeness all the time, the hotel is beautiful, close to the beach and has an awesome budget pizza place right next door for a snack at night. We would definitely come back and can only say thank you to Ana and Massimo for the awesome experience.

The property is beautiful and very cosy. You feel at home! The owners are fantastic! Very kind, attentive and always willing to help with bookings and tips. Property located in a peaceful and little town, near to many nice beaches. For sure we will return soon!

The hotel is very nice decorated up to every little detail. The owners, Anna and Massimo, are the best hosts you will ever meet. They really made our stay incredible! Every day a very nice and extensive breakfast is served in the common room.

The property was incredible. The decor is beautiful and has stunning features. It was also spotlessly clean. The most amazing Hosts. they even got us anniversary gifts as we spent our first wedding anniversary here. we cannot wait to go back. Thank you for everything x

everything was EXCELLENT!!

best place to stay!! highly recommended, excellent rooms, comfortable beds, extraordinary hosts, excellent style… we were spoiled by Massimo and Anna! they organized dinner and wine tasting which was excellent and not expensive… breakfast was delicious with traditional food and great coffee! and Maya (their dog) was also nice company for our kids. I would definitely stay again with them. the beaches close by are really beautiful (only 5 km distance from Gemini)

Everything was perfect. Anna and Massimo have created such a homely place. They organized a dinner with local dishes and wine tasting. Besides that, they were really helpful, funny and friendly - we got to become part of the local culture. The room was great with private terrace. It‘s a good mix between traditional and modern. The whole place is clean to the T. We loved staying here.

Wonderful stay at a truly boutique hotel. The pictures on Booking.com do not do the hotel justice. Each room seems to have its own unique perks, we stayed in the Queen suite and really enjoyed the spa access this included. Lovely, friendly and really helpful hosts which made our stay even better. Hotel located in a lovely traditional Italian village. Throughly recommend staying here.
