The location was absolutely fantastic, and being located on a canal was also very special. The bed was comfortable and the apartment very clean, but it was the staff that really impressed us, thanks for your hospitality we really appreciated that.

Nice rooms for a short stay in Venice (No hotel). Good quality of beds and pillows. Modern and clean bathroom in each room. Central location, just a couple of blocks from San Marcos Square and bus stop in San Marcos. Very quiet at night, perfect to have a good sleep after a long day walking around.

Most importantly the location was excellent. The hotel can be reached by a very short, quiet walk from the canal dropoff point. The lower floors have better views of all the gondoliers that congregate outside the window. Beds are very comfortable.

It's not the host's fault, but of course Venice is a city always under construction and they are erecting a new building next door that blocks the view of the canal which otherwise would be a perfect view. You still have a view of the city, though, and can see the gondoliers overhead from the unit windows.

Can't speak highly enough about this place. Visiting Italy in high season, I didn't expect to find any clean and safe accommodations in a good location that were also afforable... but Corte Barozzi Suites came to the rescue! I was so surprised to find this gem of a facility - it is extremely close to St. Mark's Square as well as the Gallerie dell'Accademia and there is a major Gondola hub right next to the unit. The hostess Barbara was so helpful and booked private water taxis for us since we had a very early flight on our last day, and the pick-up spot for the taxi is <2 minutes away which is a great feeling when everyone has a lot of luggage! The keys to the building/unit are digital on your mobile device and just require a link provided by the host on whatsapp, and I cannot stress how convenient that was. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Traveled with adult daughter. Pleasantly surprised that the 3rd bed was in a separate room with a closing door. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Greeted by enthusiastic staff who were most helpful. Plenty of storage & good pillows. Enjoyed hearing the gondolas drifting past our windows. Even caught a floating Opera performer on video. Close to luxe shopping & restaurants, but also mid level dining. We found a few restaurants nearby with good AC during the heatwave. Enjoyed amazing food & service. There’s a tiny Crai grocery 6min walk, on other side of St Mark’s. Staff was very helpful in setting up Water Taxi from a pier that was a 2 minute walk from unit going TO the Airport. Paid 150€. Would also recommend taking water taxi straight to hotel, if it’s hot. We arrived from rental car drop off, paid 70€.

No criticism!

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay in Venice. Great location, and the rooms are like a palace. I don't believe the pictures do them justice! In the evenings we could hear the gondoliers singing on their way past on the canal - just beautiful. I have to mention, we came in the height of a heatwave and the Aircon was ICY which is just what we needed after a very hot stay in Pisa. The rooms were immaculately clean and serviced daily. Beds were comfortable and great shower. All staff we met were extremely friendly and went out of their way to greet you and make recommendations. They also booked our water taxi the day before we left and helped us with our luggage to the canal. Cannot recommend enough and we would definitely stay again should we visit Venice in the future.
