We had a bad experience with a couple of the receptionists who tried to make us pay cash! Told us they don’t accept our cards and sent us to the money machine but we couldn’t with draw that amount I checked out a hotel on our way who were happy to take our cards, But when we got back and told them we would cancel, they suddenly could take our cards and told us we couldn’t cancel they would charge our card anyway!! They up graded our room, apparently we were getting an old room, so they gave us new rooms. Breakfast was weird for us, lots of cakes fruit from a can, cordials and no fresh juice. Toast was nice. Beds were terribly hard!! No blanket in the room only a sheet on the bed. …. It was too hot though for a blanket.

Location was awesome very close to the train station easy to get everywhere by bus. An awesome laundromat right across the road that washed and dried and folded a load of washing for €12. Room was very clean. Room was modern and small but roomy enough. Had aircon which although not cold enough for the heatwave they were having.

The fridge was plugged in, but it did not feel cold so I'm not sure if it was the setting on the fridge or the fridge itself.

Very convenient location - close to Termini, the laundromat, several churches (including the Basilica of Maria Maggiore). Room was clean and spacious - good enough for a night or two. Hangers for clothes. Breakfast was ok - continental.

Air conditioning did not work well enough to call it real AC. It was July and very hot. Had to sleep with wet towels and rechargeable fans we brought with us.

The breakfast was awful with very limited selection.

The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure and heat in the shower. I’d stayed there 10 years ago so lovely to see it all renovated as it was awful back then.

Breakfast was with very limited options, mostly sweets and pastries, very little too choose if u do not have a sweet tooth early in the morning. The beds were as hard as wood, certainly good for some, but definitely not so confortable for some of us that don't usualy like sleeping on wood floors. One afternoon of our 4 days stay and the morning after no hot water at all...disapointing with cold showers...

The location was great, near central trainstation, very good connections with the whole city and within close walking distance to several objectives. Fresh room, not so big, but it worked for a few days. Friendly staff both in the reception and the breakfast hall.

Had to hand in the key everytime we left the premises, which I thought was odd.. They only had one key so when my niece arrived, I had to be home to let her in as she could not get another key. Breakfast was dissapointing. A lot of sweets, cakes and sugary drinks, only white bread, little nutritious value, no protein. Beds were hard - I am writing this in both sections as it was a plus for me but a minus for my niece. :)

Good location, close to Termini, a lot of restaurants and kiosks around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived too early and the room was already ready. Breakfast, very basic and small lift which can accommodate only 3 person at a time.

Location is great, just 300 meters away from Central station. Our deluxe rooms were good with fresh look. Bathroom size was also good. Good eating places at walkable distance. Main attractions too at walkable distance, say approx 1.5 kms away.

Should add some hot food for breakfast like ham or bacon with some scrambled eggs.

Location is wonderful... 3 blocks to termini, and 3 blocks to Santa Maria Majorie. Lots of restaurants around. Room size was decent. Just wished they had or would have turned on the AC. Breakfast food was just ham, cheese, carbs. Good that they serve whole fruits. Could be better with some hot food choices, like scrambled eggs and bacon/ham.

They should improve the breakfast with more fruits and eggs . They didn’t have an iron so it was not nice to go out with wrinkled clothes,it was the first time I stay in a hotel that doesn’t provide an iron or an ironing room .
