    The age limit policy

The very kind staff let me stay for one night even though their policy is not to accommodate anyone older than 35 years old, which I had no idea of. Thank you for letting me stay.

Information not clear about age restrictions for guests. Only one shower was working but plug blocked so flooded bathroom. The other did not have a way to hold the shower head and the third had limited opening hours. Noisy area with people and traffic.

Some staff were really helpful, not all of them

    - Not clean enough - They don’t have lockers, you just left your belongings in the room and left. They have lockers for only small items

The bathroom and its view was very good. And location is not bad

Just be prepared to have ear plugs, sleeping mask and some reality, because its not the cleanest. But i think it was worth for one night to sleep. Also the room was lighted and someone in other room was little bit loud, but this is the reason i do recommend sleeping mask and ear plugs.

I liked that it had everything you needed. It had bed, shower and toilet. It was also located nicely. Every comment in comment section is very negativ, and as much I do agree that its not the best accomodation you can have, but with this price, I think it was good.

    The street is noisy

The hosts are friendly , my room was a room of 4 , the beds were individual ( no bunk ) which is ten times better , very comfy , simple and clean , plus there was a big vintage mirror and a desk which was very convenient , you can get ready inside the room , the toilets and baths are clean and spacious, in short words this place feels like the summer house your family owns by the lakeside ,but in rome , if that makes sens

The window in our room did not close AND had a large hole in it for the mosquitoes to get through. Also very loud area at night and the open window didn't help. The bedroom door was opaque glass and the room is lit up from outside until reception turns it off (late). Strict on rules and had some strange ones. There is a mandatory "cleaning" where you must leave the bedroom from 10,30 am to 2,30 pm, however there was no cleaning performed and a bag of popcorn went missing (lol). To leave your luggage with them it costs 5 euro per BAG, so pack light and bring it with you. The receptionist sleeps on the couch in the hallway at nighttime and you need to pass by him to use the bathroom. Strange experience.

Clean, comfortable with spacious bathrooms, which were cleaned regularly. Equipped kitchen (stove, oven and kettle but no microwave). Free WiFi but it stopped working for most of our stay. Bedroom had a table and a soft bed. Lots of sockets in the room. Overall very nice, central place with good transport connections and friendly staff.

1st thing, you can't use the elevator! 2nd, the guy at the reception says that you have to be quiet, but he doesn't respect that. "Every time new people arrive, he keeps knocking on the door. This is terrible for those who are relaxing in the afternoon. Another thing I hate is that there are no keys! Every time you have to leave and come back, you have to ring the doorbell and wake everyone up. 3rd, they don't give you towels to take a quick shower. 4th, the kitchen was really dirty. You could see the sponge for washing dishes was really old. 5th, there is no trash can in the room. Every time you want to throw something away, you have to go to the bathroom or the kitchen.

I liked the place, it's in the center, close to the metro, the price is worth it

I hope they provide free towels and laundry, I can pay more for those services. Moreover, the kitchen utensils are really old and rusty, which looks like they are collected from an abandoned house.

The quality is OKAY with the price. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they are there all the time to support us.

THEY DON'T CHANGE THE BED SHEETS after one checks out. It's just nasty. If you're saying we have to accept the way it is because the price is already very low, maybe ibis will disagree. But yeah, maybe this is how price-quality rapport works, but because I am being asked to write a review then I am doing it.

The employee with glasses is the best: friendly, helpful, and conscientious. He is polite, comprehensive, and truly wants to help the guests.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the property. The room was clean and spacious, and the reception staff were attentive and responsive to guest requests. Additionally, the room remained pleasantly cool, which was especially appreciated given the warm weather outside. I slept exceptionally well throughout the duration of my stay

This isn’t a bad hostel but there is a lot of information left off the booking sites. They wake up and kick everyone out from 10:30-2:30 for “cleaning” but the hostel is so small it shouldn’t take 4 hours to clean. And from what I observed during the times I would refuse and stay during that time to shower and get ready the cleaning staff is barely actually cleaning, and instead on multiple occasions the cleaner was just sitting around an empty hostel while their family was allowed to do whatever they wanted. On one occasion I was woken up at 10am by the cleaning staff asking when my check out was, it was 4 days later, which was hugely intrusive. They also shut the AC off in the morning to get people to leave. The staff is very nice and the facilities are good but for the costly price this kind of behavior is extremely unusual and deceptive.

You have to leave every day for 4 hours while they clean, it wasn’t a problem for me but if someone is wanting to stay in the room it might be. Also the mats on the floor are a little strange as some of the floor is matted but then the other is just the normal wood flooring.

The staff are very nice, it’s about a 30 minute walk from Roma Tiburtina and a 5 minute walk to Roma Termini. Beds are comfy, the bathrooms are very spacious also clean, good kitchen, i enjoyed my stay here it’s also reasonably priced ☺️

After I questioned why they were taking a photo of my passport, we had a little disagreement because I had never experienced this. I do not have to know the legal procedures in each country I visit. Probably it is a thing in Italy. Nevertheless, when I wanted to see whether my passport photo was deleted from their phone (because in many phones there is a recoverable 'deleted items' folder), one of the hosts threatened to cancel my booking. He was convinced not to cancel in the end by one of the other hosts, but it was not a pleasant welcome. I did not have any bad intentions, as he also does not have, but he needs to be careful how he treats the guests. Other hosts were fine in their attitudes.

The rooms and common areas are fair for this price range. If you are staying for a few days, it should be fine.

Another staff told me I could leave my bag there locked up during the day while I was away and when I came back to get something from it the shift had changed and the new staff told me I had to pay for the bag to be locked up. It was clear that not all their staff knew their own policies. Additionally, two of the bathrooms had extremely leaky showers, in one there were holes in the wall that allowed water through and in the other the drain was clogged which caused it to quickly overflow.

One of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
