Very quiet and comfortable with excellent air conditioning (crucial in the August heat), lovely pool, close to lots of restaurants (by car). You could also walk along the Via Francigena- the pilgrim’s route from Rotterdam to Rome.

Was greeted by the friendly friendly Luca & Michele upon arrival. Everything was explained perfectly. We had a beautiful apartment which overlooked the stunning Tuscan countryside. The views from the bedroom window were like something out of a painting. Whole place was exceptionally clean. Pool area was great and mostly had it to ourselves. This is the perfect place to relax. We used it as a base and ventured out most days. Had we had more time, we would’ve liked to have spent more time at the property relaxing.

Great location in a beautiful Tuscany nature, great hosts Michele and Luca who were just awesome. Definitely recommend to everyone prefer peace and quiet, amazing views and welcoming hosts.

Perfect location to break up a long stage of Via Francagena. Couldn't be better or more helpful.

Apartman was cosy, extremly clean, accomodation looks even better than in pictures and our hosts were kind and gave us tips what to visit and eat - hospitality on the highest level 😊.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location is beautiful and perfect for exploring Tuscany or relaxing by the pool. The property itself is immaculate and the pool area was the cleanest we have experienced. The hosts were so kind and helpful and instantly made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and will be returning in the future.

We have lived in ~6 different places in Italy, this one is the best. It is located on top of a small hill in Tuscany, very peaceful and beautiful view. Nice pool. AC in every room. Very spacious room with two full bathroom in the room we stayed. Knowledgable, kind, joyful manager. You don't only get a place to live, you also get free consultation on tours, parking place in around cities, recommendation for places to visit, restaurants to eat, etc. You do need a car to get here, and please do not expect shops/restaurants in walking distance. There are cooking wares in the kitchen. however, there is no napkin. I guess that's probably the way locals do.

Very tranquil place in beautiful farmhouse uphill with amazing views! Fabulous surroundings Love the fresh air in the morning or when we came back after full day driving around! I want to thank you our charming hosts, Michele, Lucca for giving us a true tuscan experience ! and also a good bottle of Chianti ! Highly recommended

It was such a great stay! The location was tranquil, the garden area was huge, the pool amazing. The apartments were simple but spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was the possibility to wash clothes at the reception. Michele and Luca were very helpful. We enjoyed everything and will definitely come back!
