Stylish breakfast with amazing view. Very nice pool. Location is exceptional. Our room was generously big. Very special hotel, we wiuld love to visit again.

there isnt an elevator to the upper floors rooms. We where aware - just noting for others to be aware too.

Great location - just tricky to park . Lovely suite - better to arrive early and not at night . This will make parking easier as it is a block away .

No elevator - but four flight dog stairs with luggage- we had the suite booked with terrace.

Room ceiling was too low. Little fresh air in the room. Water to shower did not work- one night we had no hot water, second night there was no cold water: Security was very poor, room access key was left at reception for anyone to access. Staff were dismissive and not helpful

The location, the facilities, parking, breakfast, view, etc. The restaurant was also very very good.

We stayed in the Queen Suite (the tower) which is very nice but the ceiling is very very low. My husband is a tall man so he couldn't walk straight when in the room.

Hotel is in amazing location. Breakfast buffet included lots of options and had perfect view of lake. Room was spacious. Beautiful pool and communal areas. Although pool area is not large, it was heated and never overcrowded.

The aircon in our room and wifi both struggled at times. There is quite a bit of noise from the street and nearby hotels at night but this was known in advance based on other reviews and location of property.

Amazing pool, great meal in the restaurant, comfortable rooms. More like a 4 star!

coffee machine at breakfast was not good

Just love this property, this is the third time we have been and this time our family joined us here. We all had a great time because everyone is so welcoming.

There is nothing we don’t like about this property.

The hotel was in the most amazing location on Lake Garda. The room was extremely clean and although a little noisy due to the restaurant below, it didn’t really bother us as the view more than made up for it. Not sure why this hotel Is 3* it was more like 4*. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

There weren’t any but if I had to make a comment, the only slight downside was going through the restaurant to get to reception.

Was a great location, nice place, we arrived as the weekend markets were in full swing. By the Tuesday, there was not much open, but lovely town ad people. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The mattress was so old it had body indents in it, so made it pretty uncomfortable. Also the bar fridge did not work and I had medication I needed to refrigerate. We worked out the next day, it was the electrical socket that did not work but the fridge still didn't get cold enough for medication. The restaurant is expensive.

The location was awesome being situated around 10 metres from the waterfront. The room and bathroom were clean and well laid out.

The internet coverage in the room we stayed in was atrocious. We also had a minor issue with finding a power point for the kettle. The room we stayed in was up two flights of stairs so carrying the suitcases up was a challenge (even with assistance). The view of the lake we had from the room was a little narrow but still very nice. When we arrived we had to wheel our suitcases through the restaurant to reach the front desk.

Location, location, location

Old property and too dark. A lot of renovations required. Jacuzzi not working, bathroom sink leaking, toilet seat broken and the side lamps not working. Lighting system very poor. Not enough lights in room to get ready.
