Loved everything!! Staff, facility, location. Really the staff make this the most special stay. They're attentive, kind, and can recommend great hikes. Food was excellent (breakfast and dinner). Coming back to the hotel after a long day of hiking was like coming home.

Nothing - everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel’s location is absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views on both sides and surrounded by stunning nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional, they truly made us feel at home and ensured our stay was unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back! If you’re planning a trip to the Dolomites, this is the perfect place to stay.

Water in the bathroom is hot and you cannot level it to be in the middle. Prices of food and drinks were a bit expensive and you get a very small portions for that price. But it was at least tasty.

Location is so unbelievably beautiful that everything else is secondary. Staff was really friendly, polite and helpful. Room was ok, bed was comfy.

I have nothing to complain. The main hotel door is locked at 23:00, but I believe staff could arrange something if you want to see night sky.

The view of mountains around hotel Cir was breath taking. Hotel located a side from main road, very quiet. The staff at reception and in restaurant/bar was very friendly and willing to help. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. It is sad we stayed only one night - I will definitely go there for several days on my next trip to Dolomites and will explore Gardena Pass surroundings.

Can be somewhat expensive, but we found a steal of a deal.

I stayed here while hiking the AV2 and it was the perfect respite after the first few days. The hotel staff were very accomodating in getting me checked in and throughout dinner and breakfast. The location is immecable, especially for watching sunset and sunrise across the rocks of the valley. After hiking, I quite appreciated having a bath in my room to soak and relax! Highly recommended!

Everything, but particularly food and location.

The location is magical! If you plan to arrive in the evening, be prepared for a serpentine road climb and the related thrills. There are tracks around the facility, for all levels of advancement. The hotel staff, facilities, and food are amazing. While the rooms are quite small, this fits the profile of a hotel nestled in the mountains. At an altitude of around 2,130 meters, you can expect incredibly fresh air and a different experience.

Our room was a little on the small side, but it was certainly all we needed as we were hardly in there. As long as you know that going in, it's very doable and was always clean and well stocked.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Hotel Cir (pronounced cheer). The included breakfast offered just about anything you could want and everything was delicious. Dinners were served by course and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we had and they made sure we got enough! They surprised us on our first night with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. The views are beyond beautiful so be sure to enjoy an appertivo from the yard or terrace. Or, if the weather is not cooperative, they have a nice lounge area with comfortable seating where you can play games or just relax. The staff was the highlight though. Every staff member was over-the-top helpful, friendly and accommodating. Luca was a great bartender and took good care of us! Massimiliano and Lucy made sure we were well taken care of during mealtimes. Roberta and Nicole came through with assistance lining up an early-morning taxi, figuring out the bus schedule, and taking advantage of the chairlift near the hotel to get to a gondola system to take us to a nearby town . . . among other things. They even gifted us a bottle of wine before we left. It's more than just a place to sleep . . . it's a wonderful experience in an absolutely stunning area of the world. The views are unbelievable from every angle from the hotel. We are very grateful to have chosen Hotel Cir and would highly recommend this first-rate hotel!

The location for our short stay was just perfect. You are immediately at the heart of the most amazing views at dolomites. The hotel has made some renovations which were not seen on the pictures online and we were super happy surprised to see them live. Food at the reataurant was good, both at dinner and breakfast. Need to mention also really friendly staff and service we got. Thanks!

The breakfast buffet did not get replenished frequently and the coffee provided was not very good

Gorgeous location high in the mountains with fantastic views all round. The hotel was warm and cosy everywhere inside despite the snow and freezing temperatures outside in September. The reception staff were lovely, even loaning us an electrical adapter when ours didn't work in the hotel. The hotel had a very traditional feel with beautiful wood panelling and decorated wood but with all the modern conveniences

It is located right next to Passo Gardena. The view from the hotel is fantastic . You can just trek around the dolomites easily. The staff was patient and waited for us when we arrived late. Breakfast services was good
