There was no bin, no tv, the light was not steady. The apartment needs some maintenance and refurbishment. Even the towels were old, shabby and needed to be changed.

There was no dishes in the kitchen, no hanger for wet towels grom the beach. I expected more modern interior by looking at the picture.

Location is great, amfiteatar is around the corner. Breakfast at the caffe nearby, very tasty ,fresh pasticciotto and cappuccino, beautiful way to start a day!

I was there over the weekend and the noise from the street on Saturday was loud.

The location is excellent--close to the Roman Amphitheater. The included breakfast was at a café a block away, but it was good. There was an elevator, which is helpful when you have all your bags. Also, good wifi.

The bathroom had molds and in the middle of the night we were woken up by noise from neighbors.

unfortunately, the furnishings and the bathroom are in a very bad condition, there is no soap in the sink, the towels are torn and the glass in the shower cabin is moldy. however, the room is relatively cheap and suitable for one-two nights

First, when we arrived the staff was not answering to give us information about our stay. We had to call booking to tell our situation and after that one person from the staff reached us. We also booked there because we saw that in the description they wrote they had parking facilities. However, when we arrived we realised it wasn’t true. But instead they were referring to the parking in the street that were full because the hotel is located in the city centre, so we had to park 15 minutes away from the place. When we received the room, we saw it wasn’t properly cleaned and we had problems because neither the tv or the AC were working. We contacted the staff that came after three hours in a bad mood to try to solve it, which they did for a while because later they stop working again. We don’t recommend this place, because it doesn’t look like the pictures and is not very comfortable as they say in their description

The property is really close to the city centre. So is easy to go to any place by walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around

The apartment had old furniture. Also the bed linen was ripped and old. It smelled awful. The location was good. Also the staff wasn’t very friendly. I forget a very expensive t-shirt and didn’t bother to return it for me or just give an answer.

Too noisy, all night. the room not cleaned well. I had to ask multiple times for cleaned towels. I am sure the towels and probably the sheets were never washed with Detergent. Difficult parking. Breakfast had to go to the local coffee bar. Not the best. I would not recommend this location. Booking.com. should remove this listing. The photos of the room are not accurate.

The room looks nothing like on the pictures. They added two single „beds” to a double room and called it superior quadruple room where clearly there’s no space for 4 adult people. We have been deceived. Not recommended

Only thing I felt missing was a chair and small table to work on my laptop, but to be fair I did not ask the staff if they could get me one.

Very friendly staff, the room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and own balcony. The location is just a few steps from the city center. The price was really good for the size and location.

it was several blocks away in a different property, which might have been ok if we knew ahead of time. had to walk there with all our luggage. there was mold in the bathroom and kitchenette - and you could smell it too.

We were supposed to stay at central square, however, the location of our stay was 600 meters away to what was promised in the booking. None of the photos reminded the room that we stayed in. There was a kitchen, but there was a lock on all cupbords so that you couldn't access any of the dishes. Internet was really slow.

Contrary to the ad on booking.com, this was not a hotel, but a converted old apartment building. In the room the pillows and bed were old and uncomfortable, the floor was unclean and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper until I requested another. One bedside lamp had no lightbulb. Walls are paper thin so bring earplugs. No actual clear windows to see through so the room was very dimly lit. It’s advertised as having a continental breakfast, but you only get 1 coffee and 1 pastry from a nearby café. None of my messages through booking.com were responded to, so I had to call. Then they messaged me through WhatsApp rather than booking.com, which I found odd.
