The bathroom is not very clean and leaks water during shower. The illumination of the house is poor.

The restaurant staff and sommelier are the treasures of the resort. The receptionists are also very helpful.

The wine tasting was disappointing. The host left us, without tasting the last round of wine and the food is not paired with wine. To be honest, the menu could do with a refresh, and a “tasting” menu perspective, rather than large portions of unenjoyable meals.

The hotel side of the property, is undoubtedly the best customer experience there is to offer.

Amazing place with a pool, gym, and vineyard! This beautiful and spotless property offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The pool has stunning views of Mount Etna, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The villa is located slightly off the beaten path, so having a car is essential — but it’s well worth it for the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking surroundings. Highly recommended for nature lovers and wine enthusiasts!

Beautiful property and the pool was really lovely overlooking the vineyard. The staff was very friendly and accomodated a late checkout. We are so glad we were able to experience the delicious wine experience.

There is no bar next to the pool and nowhere closeby to get any food or drink for lunch unless you have booked directly with the hotel beforehand.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is located in a secluded winery which is very peaceful and the only noise you can hear is the birds. The pool is in a stunning location overlooking Etna. The rooms are of a very good size and complimentary wine was given. The tasting wine experience was very good

Bed was very hard so we slept on top of the comforter for more padding. Only 1 coffee included during breakfast.

We loved our stay here in such an idyllic environment surrounded by the vineyard with great hospitality by the staff (shoutout to Giavanna!). We enjoyed lounging at the pool with the beautiful view, and drinking the welcome wine on our room's terrace.

-There was a large group of guests on a yoga retreat for some of our stay. This did impact other guests (eg use of the gym, noise etc) although the staff did their best to minimise this which we appreciated and should be mitigated as they expand their site. -More relaxed/homestyle dining options would have been good

They need to put up better signage for the car parking, or else be more specific in the directions. It is on the left as you go up the drive, but we completely missed it and arrived at the main gate, and frankly, were made to feel unwelcome. Not a great start Also, the bistro was not open when we were there, as it did not open until June. We were told on check in about a restaurant a 10 minute drive away where we could get lunch, which turned out to be absolutely fine, however I would've expected to have been alerted to the closure of the bistro in advance, and also potentially been given the directions to the alternative . It would've been easy to have communicated this before our arrival.

The property has stunning views of the Mt Etna, and surrounding landscape. The rooms by the vineyards are beautifully presented, all attention to detail was appreciated. The pool and the breakfast were superb. The wine experience was educational and very engaging with Roberto who is very passionate about wine making and The Firriato vines. Recommended highly

We arrived in the dark and the property was hard to find. Reception did not answer the barrier and signposting was poor or non existent. There is very little locally to buy water or get lunch you would need a car and need to travel.

The property is in a gorgeous location nestled in a vineyard overlooked by Mount Etna. The restaurant and wine tasting were fabulous and fantastic value. The wine tour with Roberto was first class.

Only disappointment was the wine tasting dinner that we booked. It was unclear that this also involved a winery tour which we missed. We didn’t know about it and we arrived too late to join.
