The accommodation is very close to the railway station, yet easy walking distance to the tourist hotspot of Cortegia. Very well appointed apartment.

Everything was OK.

Concetta is the perfect host. We arrived early to be greeted by Concetta and were able to check into our room. The room was fantastic. Large, bright with everything you could need. The furnishings were lovely and the bed was supremely comfortable- we had our best nights’ sleep here. The shower room was spotless and roomy, with lots of towels and toiletries provided. We had use of the shared terrace - but we also had a private terrace where we could sit and enjoy the sunshine. The self-service breakfast provided is superb. Concetta gets croissants and bread every morning (really delicious) and there is a huge array of choice. Water and juice are available throughout the day, free of charge. It really was one of the best places I have ever stayed.

A lovely clean modern B & B with excellent facilities. A great choice of breakfast food in the kitchen that is self service. Great bathroom facilities with an excellent shower. There is also a lift to the rooms. It is great if arriving by train- two minutes walk away. Easy walking distance to Ortigia and centre of Syracuse. Concetta is a very friendly and helpful host. I would recommend her B & B any day.

Absolutely everything! Concetta got us with her husband when we arrived, and took care of all what we needed. It’s one of the best places we ever been there! Absolutely recommend! The place looks great and comfortable, the morning breakfast was tasty with fresh Croissant every day and it was easy to find parking in the street. 10/10

Very convenient location, everything in a walking distance. Easy to get and to find. Modern design, everything work well, even the water pressure in the shower was ok.

The design and decor of our room was very attractive. There was also a lovely breakfast room with for a nice do it yourself continental breakfast. The owner was attentive and considerate. Location is midway between Ortigia and the archeological sites.

I really liked the location of this bnb, even though many people opt to stay in Ortigia. It was only a 5 min walk from the bus/train station, a 15 min walk to the Neapolis and Catacombs, and a 10-12 min walk to Ortigia. Great eateries and gelato places nearby, as well as a self-service laundromat which was handy after some sweaty hikes. Concetta is a very sweet and helpful host, and communication through Whatsapp was great (I also enjoyed our little chats in person using my broken Italian :D) She asked what kind of croissant I wanted for breakfast and brought them in fresh every morning. When I had to leave early to catch the bus to the airport, she kindly brought a croissant for me at 7am to take with me! I also appreciated the fridge with free bottles of water and juice boxes, and the self-serve breakfast also was convenient before a hike to Cavagrande. I absolutely recommend this wonderful bnb!

This was by far the most incredible B&B I stayed at during my time in Sicily. If there's availability here and you're not booking it, you're seriously missing out! 1. The location is unbeatable. Both the train station and bus stops are within a 10-minute walk, and Ortigia Island is just a 15-minute walk away. The streets are well-lit, not isolated, and have a steady flow of people, so I felt completely safe even at night. The roads are also flat and easy to walk on with luggage. 2. The apartment is spacious, and the bathroom is truly impressive. It's exceptionally clean, well-soundproofed, and the shower area is tiled in a way that prevents water from spilling—something I’ve rarely seen in European accommodations. Honestly, it was the first time I thought, “Wow, Europeans can do tile work like this!” 3. There’s an elevator, which made carrying luggage in and out a breeze. Absolutely ideal for travelers on foot. 4. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Especially the lady who seemed to be the owner—she was always available via WhatsApp or in person to make sure everything went smoothly. Sicilian hospitality is real, and this place is the perfect example.

Excellent hosts looked after us very well. Very comfortable and excellently placed for railway station and halfway between Ortigia and Archaeological Park. Must also mention La Nouva Mensa Restaurant just nearby which offers a great food at good prices.

Very good position between Ortigia and Archeological Park, Conchetta a very good host trying to ensure all the tine that everything was ok.. Very clean and comfy, good breakfast . Conchetta also indicated us a good parking place.

Its one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at. Location is great for exploring ortigia, there is free parking available on surrounding streets. Room was spacious, loads of storage. Shower strong, clean. Breakfast well thought out. I can't fault it. Would not hesitate to return

Great location near station, very clean and comfortable. Concetta is a lovely person and great host - very helpful, e. g. finding us a driver in minutes when our train cancelled due to a strike. Highly recommended.

This property is in an extremely convenient location, only 5 minutes from Siracusa train station and midway between Ortigia and the archeological park and museum. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a very comfortable Queen bed with a delightful private terrace for lounging. We appreciated the use of the lift for moving our luggage up to the second floor. The 1 km walk into Ortigia is bustling with a good selection of cafes, fast food outlets, restaurants, stores and gelaterias. We like being a little distant from the tourist throng and this place ideally fits the bill. Breakfast had a good selection of breads, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. One could even cook bacon in the microwave if preferred.

No complaints.

Very clean, good breakfast, fresh croissants every day. The owner ws very helpful. She rushed to the train station with a bag of my medicine and was able to give me just before the departure. Thanks a lot.

+ Concetta (the hostess) paid attention to every detail in the B&B and was always ready to help. + Location 3 min away by foot from the Siracusa train station ( however, no train-related noises in the B&B) + 15 minute walk to Ortigia along a main street with bars, restaurants and markets

- (minor issue) direct communication in English with the hostess was a bit complicated. (Nevertheless a good oopportunity to use my level A Italian)

Location is far from tourist attractions.

Literally right next to the train station so it was so easy to get there and feel right at home with the welcoming hosts Concetta e Concetto. I felt incredibly safe and central to everything I wanted to explore. The property itself is incredibly well maintained by the couple - clean, comfortable, cozy and not noisy at all even though you’re right by the station and a traffic roundabout. I loved their two dogs who work hard as security - but also, they’re so cute and you can ask Concetto to play with them. Concetta the host made me feel like I had a home in Siracusa, she provides a nice light breakfast, waters, juices - really all you need to then explore and eat your way through the area. My bed was extremely comfortable, air conditioning worked very well and all facilities in top condition. Excellent stay and I will stay here again when I return!
