Exceptional staff, good location and delicious breakfast. The check-in was frustrating and time consuming as messages were not responded to. Do not wait, call, as the call was immediately answered. The sea view double was beautiful. We also had a triple which was a double with a cot in the back with a small window. Stay in the sea view double of possible! Also a lovely breakfast terrace with sea view.

The stairs were fairly steep

The room was clean, the location convenient, and the terrace was a nice addition to the stay. Check-in was a bit confusing at first, but after contacting the host, everything went smoothly.

However, there was a lot of noise from the bar downstairs – music and people talking until around 2 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep.

Checking in was a bit confusing, we didn't see anyone in person Room was very small, shower had some black mould, and part of the room lights weren't working

Basic breakfast, no parking and no wifi

All was as expected.

The STAIRS! The stairs up to the accommodation were VERY steep. No lift, Getting cases up and down was a night-mare. And dangerous. There was no one to help despite asking, there were only two young women. We arrived at the place and there was no one to let us in and we tried phoning and couldn't get through to anyone, we waited out side for 45 min. Then another guest arrived and they had better luck making contact with the owner. This is appalling behaviour. we paid the cleaner lady when we left!

Clean, airy, large apartment with everything we needed. Good location. Breakfast was basic but good

Check in and out complicated as we were moved to a different apartment.

Location was great very central and easy to get to from train station. Breakfast was also good, with added bonus of view from the roof top terrace.

I can’t tell you as no one came to let us in and no one answered any of the phone numbers. Leaving us stranded. The place was completely deserted. If it’s closed, people need to be informed!

The complete lack of communication. We received confirmation when we booked and were asked when we were planning to check-in then silence. No response via Booking.com, no response via any of their numbers, their email address bounced.

Good location with nice ocean view, easy to park the car at the side street.

Staircase is narrow to go up carrying luggage, inevitable in most of the european places.

Very handy location near castle and bridge. Great value for money. Well appointed and well looked after property. Loved the extra touches like fairy lights on outside of property at night and breakfast on the terrace.

The breakfast on the terrace was superb. An amazing view.
