The stairs were fairly steep

Exceptional staff, good location and delicious breakfast. The check-in was frustrating and time consuming as messages were not responded to. Do not wait, call, as the call was immediately answered. The sea view double was beautiful. We also had a triple which was a double with a cot in the back with a small window. Stay in the sea view double of possible! Also a lovely breakfast terrace with sea view.

However, there was a lot of noise from the bar downstairs – music and people talking until around 2 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep.

The room was clean, the location convenient, and the terrace was a nice addition to the stay. Check-in was a bit confusing at first, but after contacting the host, everything went smoothly.

The STAIRS! The stairs up to the accommodation were VERY steep. No lift, Getting cases up and down was a night-mare. And dangerous. There was no one to help despite asking, there were only two young women. We arrived at the place and there was no one to let us in and we tried phoning and couldn't get through to anyone, we waited out side for 45 min. Then another guest arrived and they had better luck making contact with the owner. This is appalling behaviour. we paid the cleaner lady when we left!

Very handy location near castle and bridge. Great value for money. Well appointed and well looked after property. Loved the extra touches like fairy lights on outside of property at night and breakfast on the terrace.

Unable to contact host by telephone when arrived .No one was in the property, was not told about self check in on Sunday. Lack of communication was frustrating .

The house was in a perfect position, being just on the edge of the old town, right next to the castello aragonese and swing bridge over to the new city and only a 20-minute walk from the station. We were given an upgrade to a room with a view over the market, which was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the piccolo mare. There were some rather steep stairs up to the room!

The wardrobe door was missing, the wallpaper was peeling. Nobody met us for check-in.

The location is great! The room needs to be renovated. The breakfast was poor but the staff was very friendly. Sometimes the location becomes loudly, because there is a fish market right in front of window and a bar bellow.

A little difficult to find mainly because of road works closing roads. Steep stairs up to rooms and breakfast area

Right in the centre of the old town. Facilities were good in the main in need of a little repair work to wallpaper and wardrobe. All within easy walking distance of the main areas lovely breakfast area on roof top terrace

The neighborhood to the west is not really nice. Unfortunately, our room had only a skylight from which you could not look. However, the rooms facing east have a window with a view of the Piazzetta Sant'Egidio.

The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the center. Nice terrace.

the breakfast is underwhelming, wifi is very spotty, the sink (however we try not to splash the water just overflows), The bed for me is just too stiff. Narrow staircase just be careful esp. if you are carrying tour luggage.

central location, safe, quiet. The restaurants and shopping are all nearby. Clean room and helpful staff.
