The hotel was in a fantastic location and was absolutely lovely! The staff were very helpful even with the language barrier. The room was particularly clean and spacious. I was concerned about the options for food based on the previous reviews, however, the food was exceptional and you could also choose from the pizzeria menu if there wasn’t something to your liking. Free wifi was also a massive plus!

Fantastic location with breathtaking views.

Room was minimalist; pillows not great and would have appreciated a couple of mugs, spoon and kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Alternately, a guest after hours area with tea coffee making faculties.

Unique hotel with old fashioned interior. The room was good, big enough, the view around the hotel was stunning and relaxing.

Location is beautiful and ample parking spaces. Also very conveniently located to the bus stop in case you don't want to take the car .

The room was great, location is amazing, family friendly, and a great playground. Lake Braise is close by, but its even closer to the Plätzwiese which was a highlight as well.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot on the edge of the mountains! Great view up the valley and a good starting point if hiking Durrenstein the next day!

Loud music till 11 pm. They Charge for coffee. Sub par breakfast. Misguiding room photos, rooms are quite old. Poor communication, was charged extra at checkout for drink that I was told were complementary. They charge a 5 star hotel room price with a 1 star service.

Wow!!!! From the moment we parked (ample parking) we knew we would be in love. The location is excellent, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, rooms were extremely spacious ans comfy. I cant wait to be back with the rest of my family for a much longer stay!!!

It had a great location, the staff was amazing and the on site dinner was delicious.

Miss leading information of the website vs what they said at the hotel

The staff could not find my booking!! I had to go through their guest listing on my own and then found my name booked for another period and for a week while I initially booked 2 nights!!

Well I thought the price I paid to booking.com included everything but it did not include local extra taxes!! I would have expected Booking.com to inform me about that when booking!!

We liked everything, the staff were great, they went out of their way to accommodate any request we had. The food was wonderful, especially the pasta, pizza & breakfast.

The hotel is lovely, great staff, with shuttle service to the lake. Rooms are small, but quaint, comfortable and clean.

Breakfast buffet was boring. Hotel is 11km from the lake, but the hotel provides shuttle service.

Property was well located for various Dolomites hikes and activities. The staff were friendly and the food exceptional.
