Room was minimalist; pillows not great and would have appreciated a couple of mugs, spoon and kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Alternately, a guest after hours area with tea coffee making faculties.

Unique hotel with old fashioned interior. The room was good, big enough, the view around the hotel was stunning and relaxing.

Breakfast was limited for a 3 star hotel.

The room was great, location is amazing, family friendly, and a great playground. Lake Braise is close by, but its even closer to the Plätzwiese which was a highlight as well.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot on the edge of the mountains! Great view up the valley and a good starting point if hiking Durrenstein the next day!

Breakfast buffet was boring. Hotel is 11km from the lake, but the hotel provides shuttle service.

The hotel is lovely, great staff, with shuttle service to the lake. Rooms are small, but quaint, comfortable and clean.

I wasn’t told that the front doors would lock before 8am, so when I left to do a sunrise photo shoot, I thought I couldn’t get back inside when I got back to the hotel before 8am. No one told me that I would need to use my room key. I figured it out, but it would have been nice to know in advance. Not a ton close by unless you have a car.

Convenient location to the bus stop and friendly staff. The rooms were clean. The dinner was really good.

Staff at the restaurant is rude, and at the bar, not professional at all. It’s like they have never worked in an hospitality environment and they do things that you don’t expect in a 3S stars hotel.

Stunning position, Dolomites are there! The lady at the reception is kind and always available. Food at the restaurant is well proposed and delicious: the chef is experienced. Menu probably a bit poor but better quality than quantity.

The rooms did not match the feeling of the hotel foyer and entrance. Rooms felt like it needed an update. Bathroom was not clean. Hair still in shower. Not great value for money at all. Felt ripped off for what we paid.

Not enough lighting in room. Not enough for reading. Empty beer bottles in room wasn't cleaned out before arrival. Limited access without a car. Dishes seem a bit stained, not sparkling clean.

Staff is very warm and welcoming. Excellent food overall. Although repetitive after 3 nights. Very nice hotel and bar, nice outside area. Very quiet and relaxing.

No negatives!

The hotel was in a fantastic location and was absolutely lovely! The staff were very helpful even with the language barrier. The room was particularly clean and spacious. I was concerned about the options for food based on the previous reviews, however, the food was exceptional and you could also choose from the pizzeria menu if there wasn’t something to your liking. Free wifi was also a massive plus!

Loud music till 11 pm. They Charge for coffee. Sub par breakfast. Misguiding room photos, rooms are quite old. Poor communication, was charged extra at checkout for drink that I was told were complementary. They charge a 5 star hotel room price with a 1 star service.

Wow!!!! From the moment we parked (ample parking) we knew we would be in love. The location is excellent, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, rooms were extremely spacious ans comfy. I cant wait to be back with the rest of my family for a much longer stay!!!
