The staff was extraordinary, accommodating all wishes including a spontaneous tour along Amalfi coast. Fantastic room with space, great pool and gardens, only a short walk away from city center. We felt very well taken care of at all times!

The view from our room was spectacular as was the size of the room and terrace all very large for a room in Italy. The breakfast was fresh & delicious & the pool & pool bar were a great way to relax and cool off between morning and evening activities. Once we figured out the route it was an easy 15 minute walk to downtown and 20 to the marina for ferries.

If I have to say something negative it was only the fact that trousers only policy in the hotel restaurant means we didn’t get to try the hotel dinners as we didn’t pack trousers!

It was honestly amazing from the moment we arrived. The staff were so kind and welcoming and showed us to our room even though we were a couple of hours early. The room was even better that the pictures, clean tidy and spacious with the most amazing view. Breakfast buffet was also good and the pool area was maintained with a nice bar area. We loved it and will be back.

Pool did not allow for simply sun bathing. Too deep for non swimmers. As well, no soft music around pool. Lacked some summer vibe. Lunch menu limited.

The room and balcony terrace was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. You can walk into Sorrento in 10 mins. The views from our room were beautiful, a very romantic setting.

We stay in one of the Villa Bianca rooms the terrace and views amazing would definitely recommend them even with steps up to the villa. Grace at reception arrange a number of trips for us she could not have been more helpful.

Amazing stay from start to finish. We stayed in the lodge - few steps to get there but the view was exceptional. Food was great so was service. Would stay again.

Spectacular view from our terrace. Staff and service were exceptional! Great rooftop pool, bar and view terrace. Plenenty of breakfast choices. East half mile walk into Sorrento and easy access to trains and ferries. A pricey splurge for us but worth it. Great views from the restaurant and prices were more than reasonable for a luxury hotel.

Bed potentially too firm for some. Realised when there it is also a Tui platinum destination, which potentially detracts from some of the charm.

Stayed in one of the garden rooms, separate from the hotel, via lots of steps through lemon and olive groves. Location perfect, enough up the hill for stunning views from the garden over Sorrento of the bay and the city, but close enough to Sorrento for a 10 minute walk into town. Large room with plenty of storage and additional seating. Firm large double bed, temperature was perfect, no need for air con (mid May). Access to all the hotel facilities, used the bar and restaurant in the evenings and for breakfast, excellent food, knowledgeable, attentive, super friendly staff. Evening meal prices comparable with restaurants in Sorrento, excellent variety and quality.

RESTAURANT(S) ok, so, it says 3 restaurants which is technically correct — HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE. The roof top bar is only open for lunch time (even though the flyer says dine under the stars… so this needs amending!!) And the two restaurants on the 7th floor - both are for full board/half board clients, but if you are B&B only - you are only allowed into one of the restaurants. So if you are B&B client like we were - there is only the choice of ONE restaurant in the evening and the menu is delicious… but limited… it was frustrating because the roof top bar has delicious Italian classics like pizza and bruschetta etc — but this was NOT available in the evening. Equally, in the restaurant if you were B&B you were given a smaller menu selection than full board clients —- made us feel like the less wanted guests! And was annoying as the bigger menu had dishes like cannelloni which I love, but we “weren’t allowed” If there’s one thing the hotel should do it is A) open the roof top bar in the evenings for dinner B) make the restaurant menu the same for all guests in the evening, with the larger selection

Fantastic location overlooking Sorrento, and easy walking route into Sorrento and local bus stops for travel, and not far from central bus & train terminal. Local shop on the slope into town ideal for little bits. all staff were exceptional - especially Ercole at reception, and Giuseppe & Luca in the restaurants All food was exceptional and very tasty, more expensive than eating in town/local restaurants, but cannot complain about the quality. Very good variety at breakfast. After our initial apartment not suiting our needs, staff worked to resolve and support us to move to a new apartment - the new apartment was perfect (highly recommend 914) Everything was extremely comfortable - bed, sofa, sun loungers, restaurant chairs, everything!

We stayed in a very comfortable suite with our own, private terrace and the most stunning views. A considerable number of steps to reach it, so not for anyone with mobilty issues, but that made the views more amazing and it was lovely and quiet as it was so far from the main road which is very busy. The front desk staff were so helpful with restaurant reservations and recommendations and taxi arrangements etc. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning where the staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, Luca, was brilliant. He remembered our names and room number and made us feel special. The food in the restaurants (one lunch and one evening meal) was excellent. Far exceeding our expectations for a hotel restaurant. On our last evening, we went to the bar. Alesso and Mariano, our waiters were professional and friendly. The entertainment that particular evening was exceptional; a pianist and 2 male singers. It finished off our stay perfectly.
