The terrace is always a bit dirty and wet.

It's a quiet place bit outside of Pienza. Very nice and cozy buildings in Tuscany style. Good breakfast, excellent, friendly service. They even reduced the price since my partner had to fly home and helped me to get the money back. Very customer friendly.

Not too many options on menu of the restaurant. My friend ate at the restaurant for two days, had no choice to eat the same thing for two days.

The resort is not very big, not too many rooms so it’s very quiet and relaxing. Fantastic views and vibe, definitely recommended and will come back next time.

Amazing! We only stayed here one night on our way down to Naples. our plan was to check in and the head to Pienza to walk around and get dinner. After arriving and seeing the grounds and room we decided to just stay and have dinner at the borgo. The ground were so beautiful. We were there in april so did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked quite delightful. We hung out on outside and order a bottle of wine. We also had dinner at their restaurant and all the food was spectacular. I am a vegetarian and gluten free and they were very accommodating. The room we stayed in was nice and cozy. and well stocked with coffee and beverages in the mini bar. I would highly recommend and would love to go back.

Unpaved road to the property with many potholes. Would have been helpful to know this in advance. Also, the room was quite bare, as we had expected more.

Getting here by car was difficult enough and then to finally arrive to a locked gate with no sign directing you to Reception down a side road is very confusing.

Amazing old building restored magnificently. The restaurant was fabulous also and breakfast sensational.

More parking spaces and paved walkways would be helpful for luggage

Stunning views in Pienza, just outside city centre. Hotel grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious and bathroom very large. A cute fox on the property!

Long white dirt road to reach the property (but worth it).

Loved having a restaurant on sight for dinner after a day of sightseeing. Being able to unwind and relax in the beautiful environment and not leave to find dinner was a plus. Beds were comfortable, good shower. Lovely infinity pool overlooking a lake, beautiful views everywhere.

We could hear lots of unpleasant noises from guests dragging chairs and suitcases in room above ours late in the night and early in the morning and maybe carpets can be used to low the noises?

The hotel has great view with a nice restaurant which offers good breakfast and dinner which is quite convenient giving the distance to the nearby town. It's nice for the hotel to provide heating in late Oct. but we feel the room was too warm.

We loved the resort. The buildings were older but very well maintained and clean. We stayed in the Split Level apartment and just loved it. The shuttered windows open up to a beautiful view of Tuscany. The restaurant was great. We had a very nice dinner, but the breakfast buffet was incredible. Filled with all different kinds of freshly baked goods. Wonderful! The staff was great and the whole experience was very nice. Would definitely return if passing through Italy again!!!

we love the hotel. beautiful view. lovely staff. but please make sure you need a Transportation to get there. rent a car is very important. it is not easy to get taxi in Pienza. hotel staff was so nice to help us to call for a taxi, but the taxi was 23 miles away from hotel. we paid € 75 for 12 mins taxi ride!! so please rent a car😀.

It was a bit dated and quite a drive in.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were comfy and the receptionist was nice and helpful. We had a very nice room. The environment was nice and quiet.
