This is my second time staying in Trianon Borgo and I would highly recommend it, the staff were very pleasant as always & the location is perfect for visiting Rome. The air conditioning was excellent. The upstairs restaurant is a beautiful location to eat in the evening and have breakfast in the morning, looking out on St Peter’s & Castle Saint Angelo. We will stay here again.

The roof top dining and drinks were outstanding and the views of the Vatican and the Tower of the Angel were beautiful. The Staff went above and beyond, especially Chiara. They mad our 53rd Anniversary very special!

We had a great stay. The only thing that did not work good was the laundry. Small machines and very crowded.

Breakfast is great. Friendly staff, always very nice and helpfull. Ten out of ten to all of them. Location is great, restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was brilliant, a few minutes walk from the Vatican. Staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodation was spotless. A buffet breakfast was served every morning and had a very good choice.

The elevator was a little on the small side for a family of 5, but also that is pretty typical in Rome so no big deal.

The location is right near the Vatican and many great shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and well run will very helpful staff.

The location isn’t bad, but you are by the Vatican and not close to the center of the action. You need to give yourself enough time to get to your first meeting of the morning.

This property is an excellent value. I was traveling on business on a limited expense budget and it offered everything I needed.

Can’t complain much when you’re a 10 minute walk from Vatican City and the location is safe. I guess the elevator is smaller than expect but we’re in Europe and that’s normal.

The service is so good! They use WhatsApp to communicate and they have security 24/7. We had a weird favor to ask (to print some papers for the airport) and they helped us with everything and coordinating our trip there. This is a GREAT place to stay.

The location is A+!! We have a two bedroom apartment for 4 adults, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed. When I booked, it was not too clear about the sofa bed. Luckily it wasn’t too bed! Hotel comes with free breakfast at the rooftop. We enjoyed very much, not just the variety but the view overlooking Vatican and Castel Sant 'Angelo. Loredana, the Manager and Pilar, the Concierge both are very nice and helpful. I would come back again

We did have some trouble with the electrical system often tripping the breaker in the fuse box when we entered the room. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and showed us how to reset the breaker, but this problem needs repair.

This apartment has a wonderful location. It's near the Vatican and many restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops, and is walking distance from the Castel Sant Angelo, the Tiber, and much of the historic center. There is also a very convenient grocery store right across the street. We also like the rooftop terrace where a very nice breakfast and evening drinks are served and there is a great view of St. Peter's Basilica. The beds are comfortable, the place is quiet at night, and there is a small fitness room in the basement. Another great feature is the availability of a good self-serve laundry facility on-site.
