Top location with a view, for quiet and romantic stay. Rural location embedded in beautiful and spectacular landscape. At 800m elevation a bit cooler than at sea level. Nice apartments, good restaurant, fine pool, good wines, friendly staff, superb!

We didn't realise it was so far away in the mountains, although around 45min from Siracuse the road is long and tiring. Dinner could do much better very quick with no real flavour especially the fish. On the first night there was a wedding party with loud music and Dj shouting till 00.30 so we couldn't rest well after a whole day travelling, but I guess it was only a one off and didn't spoil the stay.

Beautiful countryside peaceful and quiet, nice big pool, large and clean apartment with comfortable bed and sofa bed also with fridge and kitchenette. Ideal for those that would like to relax all day by the pool, Good fresh breakfast with cereals, croissant, bread, yoghurt, ham, cheese, juices, milk etc.. will recommend to friends for sure.

Location is a bit remote. Breakfast was pretty basic but good coffee.

Beautiful setting. Spacious apartment with air conditioning and WiFi that worked well. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant on site was good with plenty of choice for dinner.

Our navigator took us to a route via the village and we had some challenges in finding the way by the broken bridge but we got the information required and found the bypass. (There is a better Routa available than via Canicattini Bagni). The pool was serviced the other day and not available but this may be caused by the early season

Breakfast was very good and the possibility to dine in the restaurant -food was good- without having to drive down to the village and back was an advantage we did like.

Cleanliness in accommodation can be better.

They actually upgraded us to a 2-storey maisonette. The A/C upstairs was very good in heating the bedroom but not enough for downstairs. We used instead our own heater out of our camper.

In the middle of a beautiful olive farm, we and our dogs enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean rooms. You can rent the kitchen equipment for a fee of 8€/day. Beautifully decorated restaurant with excellent food and breakfast.

It wasn't so nice that you have to rent the dishes separately in the apartment. However, we didn't have to pay anything outside of the season, which was fair. Thank you for that.

An excellent breakfast. Very unusual and very rich for Italy. The pool right on the premises is fantastic, and you can find your peace. A very large area with plenty of space. We had a two-story apartment with the beds on the second floor, a maisonette.

Lack of dinning equipment in the apartment like glasses, cutlery, cups, plates or pans. On the picture kitchen was fully equipped.

The Borgo is a 300 year old olive farm set on a plateau overlooking the wide Sicilian landscape with endless skies. The large and clean swimming pool is located in a splendid garden surrounded by dito old olive trees and pines taking on a sculptural form. We enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast on the open terrace, dinner was excellent, overall silence and authenticity. The Borgo is managed in a discreet and professional way, our room and linen was refreshed every 2 days by a team of polite efficient men. We visited Noto, Syracusa and Valle d'Anapo. A real paradise! The rural road to the Valle is not difficult to drive and offers great views of the Etna. We did love the dogs and puppies on the farm.

Everything was up to standard.

Place is lovely and pet friendly with a lot of green area and a pool. Rooms have all the amenities and are clean. There is also a small kitchenette. Staff is excellent very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Some motor rumour going all night. ATTENTION!! Do not drive from the south side via Canicattini Bagni as there is a bridge closed and luckily I had a small car and could pass by the blocks of concrete, drive in from the north side. Property should add this to arrival info as a larger car can not pass.

It is a typical Sicilian countryside stay. The staff is very friendly and the dinner is great. Nice they have some Sicilian wines and local produce to sell. Very well organized studio.
