we loved the accommodation - it was so so pretty both inside and outside of the trulli's. It was very calm and relaxing. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel which was super tasty and nicely presented - all staff also lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay at Borgo Canonica. Our room was gorgeous, the grounds are picturesque, and the swimming pool was exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Dinner was delicious, as was the breakfast. We would love to stay here again and hope to return.

Non Italian TV entertainment could be a challenge

One of the best Italian country side experiences money can buy. The property is gorgeous. Rooms very memorable, super spacious, and loved the overall orientation of all room amenities.

It would have been nice to have a bar where you could get a drink and relax in the evening. Pool bar closed at 7 pm so you had to go to a nearby town for drinks. A bar would encourage people to stay in the hotel at night

not much negative to say, its a little out of town, so if not wanting to eat at the hotel you will need to drive pool not heated

The property is a gem. We liked everything. My only comment is suggest to arrive during the day if you are not familiar with the area.

Wow. This place was absolutely incredible. The rooms are immaculate, super stylish and so comfortable. The grounds are heavenly. You can take a stroll through some of the most beautiful Puglian countryside. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. And the food. My goodness. It was some of the best food we had in Italy. We will be dreaming about coming back to Borgo Canonica.

Would be great if the bar stayed open later into the evening. Would have been nice to be able to come back and have a drink after driving to a nearby town for dinner. Coffee was surprisingly disappointing for Italy but food and drinks otherwise good. Complimentary mineral or filtered drinking water in the rooms would be a nice touch.

Stunning Trulli hotel in beautiful countryside. Gorgeous pool with enough shaded and unshaded sun loungers scattered around it and the surrounding garden area. Delicious dinners and breakfasts. Clean and comfortable rooms. Our bathroom was huge and the double shower was a particular treat. Staff were helpful but kept discreetly in the background. We really enjoyed our stay overall and the below points are just finesses that would make the hotel even better!
