Great location and a lovely hotel. Big showers, lovely bed and air con working perfectly. Breakfast (particularly great coffee) is great value too. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Roma. Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Particular thanks to Kevin, Sharif and Iralia (sorry if we’ve got the spelling wrong) for looking after us so well

Wonderful stay at the BH Hotel and would totally recommend! It was so clean, well maintained and a perfect location with access to all the sights but not the crowds and chaos. The hotel itself is new, bright and clean. I cannot recommend this enough - the staff is friendly, attentive and responsible.

Water dripping all night down a pipe near our window. Was quite annoying. And made it difficult to get to sleep.

Great location if arriving in Rome by train. The multi- lingual staff were very friendly and went out of their way to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary aperitif and Happy Hour were a nice touch. The rooftop terrace is lovely in the evening.

Excellent staff, super helpful and friendly. Probably the friendliest staff we have ever come across. Super espressos! And great location, felt very safe being near some embassies. Seif on reception couldn’t do enough- excellent service.

Recently renovated. Central area but quiet and secure due to being surrounded by multiple embassies. Staff are very kind and attentive. Best rooftop to relax after long day.

The hotel was lovely but the staff were absolutely incredible. Kevin at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming as were all the other staff, especially the older Barman and the younger one the next day (I didn’t catch their names). I felt totally accommodated and the service was amazing

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel, newly finished with incredible staff! Extremely clean, amazing breakfast and thoughtful happy hour in the early evening. Close walk to the train station and both metro lines if needed. Air conditioning was incredible after the heat of Rome in August. A special shout out to Syef, Bruno and Alaria for their incredible service, but the entire team was so lovely and welcoming.

A boutique hotel, excellent location within easy walking distance to train stations. The staff both reception & breakfast were very friendly & attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Bedroom very clean & comfortable. Bed linen & towels changed daily, complimentary water provided daily. Breakfast was good to set you up for the day ahead. Definitely would return for a visit.
