How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Signage from the underground car park to reception via the lift could be better. More hanging space in the bathroom for wet towels would be good. Food was good but the French fries were very salty.
It was comfortable clean spacious room for 4 people large bathroom, plenty of towels. Restaurant food was served quickly. Staff were very helpful and cheerful despite the hours we arrived and left. Thank you.

Was a little noisy, from people arriving after their flight. I didn’t realise we could as for a quiet room.
Staff lovely, polite, helpful and friendly. Cafe good, restaurant good. Was a nice hotel to use for arriving in Milan and leaving Milan.

There was a leak in the shower and the floor became very wet.
Exactly what we booked, four single beds in a room but plenty of space. Staff were excellent, communicated well and organised the shuttle bus for us when we returned the hire car and the airport trip the next day.

This hotel worked well for a one night airport hotel stay. The hotel feels a little bit tired, but was clean, comfortable, and very spacious room for family of four. Easy to organise airport shuttle. The restaurant looked very basic but we had an excellent dinner there. Overall it was just what we needed to refresh for a night between two flights

The shuttle To/from the Airport should be free, There is no Iron and Iron table on the room, It is available is on ground floor near the reception disk.
The hotel is quite and classic near to the airport which is about 10 minutes by shuttle van, perfect for those want to be near from the airport one day before departure. The room’s size is good, clean with Air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. The shuttle from the Airport to Hotel, the other way around, takes €5 per person every 30 minutes. Just send them WhatsApp on their number, The reception will send the driver to the airport. To pick you up, wait for the shuttle van (with BW on arrival terminal, Gate#5. Many airline crew are using this hotel. The room price is reasonable compared to the services provided.

The overall interior is a bit run-down and in my opinion should be updated to this time. Breakfast was very good and swimming pool was nice extra, but surroundings around the pool could be taken better care of, maybe some flowers mawning of the lawn etc. This would update the hotel a lot. Anyway it is a very convenient hotel close to the airport

Air con was not as effective as I would have liked. The temperature took a while to drop below 25C.
Close to the airport, availability of shuttle for a reasonable price, nice staff and a good breakfast buffet.

We are at their restaurant and the staff were not friendly at all
Clean and close to the airport . We paid for breakfast, but it was worth it. Buffet with lots of options. They provide shuttle to/from airport (5 euro per person). Front desk was friendly

One of our mattresses had fallen through and needs replacing but due to our stay being one night we accepted it as we decided to sleep the opposite way so we didn’t feel the dip

This could be more of a cultural difference. The landscaping and outside areas of the property. Weeds, overgrown shrubbery and looked like it was not being kept up. In visiting many locations in Italy this seemed to be the norm not the exception.
Hotel was comfortable and the staff very helpful. Bar was nice and great place to hang out in the evenings.
